　　本文旨在廣泛研究發(fā)展型國家范式與新自由主義范式的比較。論文主要側重于埃塞俄比亞案例,而如何發(fā)展型國家經(jīng)濟模式選擇影響了該國的發(fā)展。在對埃塞俄比亞歷史情況進行了廣泛的描述之后,從30年代到現(xiàn)在,這項研究分析了那些選擇新自由主義取代發(fā)展狀態(tài)的國家的不足之處。政府干預將被視為成長型國家可能的成功選擇,這樣發(fā)展型國家模式將被視為構建長期增長計劃的基本基礎。
