烏克蘭政治經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)對(duì)工業(yè)企業(yè)效益的影響

政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)對(duì)各國(guó)和世界各地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了重大影響。烏克蘭也不例外,工業(yè)效益的顯著下降是宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)受到影響的主要跡象。面對(duì)這種情形就需要采取果斷措施,以恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)。本研究的目的在于找到一些相關(guān)的實(shí)證結(jié)論,以闡明經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)對(duì)私人企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響。實(shí)現(xiàn)本研究的目標(biāo),就政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)對(duì)工業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展以及出口潛力形成的影響因素進(jìn)行分析。同等重要的是,就烏克蘭目前的工業(yè)企業(yè)來說,什么方法才是烏克蘭從危機(jī)困境中走出來的最有效的辦法。本研究使用了烏克蘭396家工業(yè)企業(yè)2010年至2015年的原始數(shù)據(jù)。這些企業(yè)是根據(jù)年度出口額最大的原則選擇的出來的。本研究還進(jìn)行了 2005年至2015年期間烏克蘭的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展指標(biāo)分析;谠摲治鲆龑(dǎo),確立了主要的政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)特征及其對(duì)工業(yè)企業(yè)效益所帶來的影響。烏克蘭的生產(chǎn)公司不能有效的進(jìn)行工作生產(chǎn),這不僅是由于政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī),也是因?yàn)檫@是在蘇聯(lián)時(shí)期就被應(yīng)用過了的過時(shí)的管理方法。這些方法不符合現(xiàn)代管理的要求,也不符合國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的商品和服務(wù)要求。本研究對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)造效益的理論基礎(chǔ)、處理經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治危機(jī)加劇的方法和前提條件以及企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的策略進(jìn)行了概述。通過分析原始數(shù)據(jù)的方法可讓我們得出一些重要結(jié)論用于制定建議,以提高工業(yè)企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)困境中的效益。本研究主要基于數(shù)據(jù)搜集,回歸模型推導(dǎo),并進(jìn)行分析。本文對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)因素對(duì)烏克蘭宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響進(jìn)行了分析;谒鸭脑紨(shù)據(jù),對(duì)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的所有關(guān)鍵性的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了分析。通過分析得出政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)對(duì)烏克蘭企業(yè)效益帶來影響的結(jié)論。這項(xiàng)工作的一個(gè)重要部分是通過發(fā)展中小型企業(yè)的工業(yè)生產(chǎn),為烏克蘭出口的發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。得出結(jié)果使我們有可能為提高工業(yè)企業(yè)的效益而制定戰(zhàn)略模式的主要先決條件;谀壳暗难芯砍晒,探索提高工業(yè)企業(yè)效率的方法。為此,制定促進(jìn)工業(yè)發(fā)展的有效政策的前提條件是有根據(jù)的。本研究提出五年戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,為促進(jìn)國(guó)家工業(yè)部門績(jī)效增長(zhǎng),改善社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況提高企業(yè)效益是可行的。提議包括以下幾個(gè)方面:國(guó)家在工業(yè)方面應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī)的策略,提高外國(guó)投資者對(duì)烏克蘭企業(yè)的吸引力,提高工業(yè)企業(yè)的出口潛力,改進(jìn)政府管理工業(yè)的措施,及時(shí)為優(yōu)化工業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)制定普遍性的實(shí)用建議。本研究所取得的科學(xué)性理論課用于制定應(yīng)對(duì)政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)影響的方案。其中也涉及到烏克蘭政府組織以及工業(yè)企業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的管理水平。
