【摘要】：正本次論壇的主題是"改革創(chuàng)新與穩(wěn)增長"。我的主講題目是"中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展應(yīng)警惕行政化回潮和平庸化"。這個題目是前不久我在包括深圳等全國很多城市的調(diào)查研究中提煉出來的。當前,對于中國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,不管是穩(wěn)增長也好,還是發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型也好、鼓勵創(chuàng)新也好,都存在三種危險的傾向:一是行政化回潮;二是平庸化;三是保守化。今天,我的發(fā)
