【摘要】：國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展在很大程度上受縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的制約。開展縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)研究，有助于合理制定縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域內(nèi)最優(yōu)資源配置、最佳空間組合、相關(guān)體系構(gòu)建和對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展�？h域經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)社會(huì)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和生態(tài)效益的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一。東北地區(qū)曾是中國重工業(yè)基地的搖籃、商品糧基地和重要資源基地，為我國的建設(shè)和發(fā)展做出了卓越貢獻(xiàn)。改革開放后，東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)在步入發(fā)展的快車道的同時(shí)，還存在諸如地區(qū)內(nèi)部缺乏協(xié)調(diào)等問題，縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異日益突顯。 基于上述背景，本文在研習(xí)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)、縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展等概念以及增長極理論、中心—外圍理論、循環(huán)累積因果理論等已有理論的基礎(chǔ)上，采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、極差、變異系數(shù)對(duì)東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的相對(duì)差異和絕對(duì)差異進(jìn)行分析。選取因子分析方法建立綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)東北地區(qū)縣域單元經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平之間的差異進(jìn)行探索。應(yīng)用ArcGIS軟件將整個(gè)東北地區(qū)10個(gè)年份的縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合得分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)與矢量化地圖相結(jié)合，對(duì)東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異進(jìn)行空間可視化表達(dá)。采用探索性空間分析方法對(duì)東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的總體格局特征進(jìn)行分析。最后從自然條件與區(qū)位因素、歷史發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)、區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與政策、交通運(yùn)輸條件四個(gè)方面對(duì)東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異產(chǎn)生及演變的原因進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和分析。 通過對(duì)研究對(duì)象的分析，本文最后得出三個(gè)結(jié)論：第一、東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、極差、變異系數(shù)呈現(xiàn)波動(dòng)上升態(tài)勢(shì)，絕對(duì)差異的變化大致分為三個(gè)不同階段，相對(duì)差異總體呈遞減趨勢(shì)�？h域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的極化過程分析表明，東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的極化現(xiàn)象不斷加強(qiáng)。第二、東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合得分的地域分異和局部集聚特征明顯。東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合得分的GIS分區(qū)表明，，綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)得分較高的縣域多分布于交通要道上，呈現(xiàn)“T”字型分布。東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式仍以依托中心城市和區(qū)域增長極為主，極化效應(yīng)逐步擴(kuò)大。第三、熱點(diǎn)區(qū)域的格局相對(duì)穩(wěn)定，熱點(diǎn)區(qū)多是以沈陽市、大連市為核心的周邊縣域構(gòu)成的環(huán)狀或圈狀的空間結(jié)構(gòu)。冷點(diǎn)區(qū)域則發(fā)生了較大變更。大連市及其附近縣域在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中的領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢(shì)日益突出，極具活力。第四、自然條件、區(qū)位因素、歷史發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)、區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與政策等對(duì)東北地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平差異影響較大。
[Abstract]:To a great extent, the development of national economy is restricted by the development level of county economy. The research on county economy is helpful to formulate the development strategy of county economy reasonably, to realize the optimal allocation of resources, the best spatial combination, the construction of related system and the development of foreign economy and trade in the region. The healthy coordination and sustainable development of county economy can realize the organic unity of social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit. Northeast China used to be the cradle, commodity grain base and important resource base of China's heavy industry base, which made outstanding contributions to the construction and development of our country. After the reform and opening up, the county economy in Northeast China has entered the fast lane of development, at the same time, there are still some problems, such as the lack of coordination within the region, and the differences of county economy are becoming more and more prominent. Based on the above background, this paper adopts standard deviation on the basis of studying the concepts of county economy, county economic difference, coordinated development of regional economy, growth pole theory, center-periphery theory, cyclic accumulation causality theory and so on. The relative and absolute differences of county economic development level in Northeast China are analyzed by means of extreme difference and coefficient of variation. The factor analysis method is selected to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system to explore the difference between the development level of county unit economy in Northeast China. Using ArcGIS software, the comprehensive score data of county economy in 10 years in Northeast China are combined with vector map, and the spatial visualization expression of county economic differences in Northeast China is carried out. The exploratory spatial analysis method is used to analyze the overall pattern characteristics of county economic development level in Northeast China. Finally, the reasons for the emergence and evolution of county economic differences in Northeast China are evaluated and analyzed from four aspects: natural conditions and location factors, historical development basis, regional development strategy and policy, and transportation conditions. Through the analysis of the research object, this paper finally draws three conclusions: first, the standard deviation, extreme difference, coefficient of variation of county economy in Northeast China show a fluctuating and rising trend, and the change of absolute difference is roughly divided into three different stages. The relative difference shows a decreasing trend as a whole. The analysis of the polarization process of county economy development shows that the polarization phenomenon of county economy in Northeast China is strengthening. Second, the regional differentiation and local agglomeration characteristics of the comprehensive score of county economy in Northeast China are obvious. The GIS division of the comprehensive score of county economy in Northeast China shows that most of the counties with high comprehensive economic score are distributed on the main traffic roads, showing the distribution of "T" font. The county economic development model in Northeast China is still relying on the central city and regional growth pole, and the polarization effect is gradually expanding. Third, the pattern of hot spots is relatively stable, and most of the hot spots are annular or circular spatial structures composed of surrounding counties with Shenyang and Dalian as the core. The cold point area has changed greatly. Dalian and its nearby counties have become increasingly prominent and dynamic in the process of economic development. Fourth, natural conditions, location factors, historical development basis, regional development strategy and policy have great influence on the difference of county economic development level in Northeast China.
