實(shí)際獲得、公平認(rèn)知與居民獲得感

【摘要】：改革就是要讓人民群眾能有更多獲得感,提升民眾獲得感業(yè)已成為檢驗(yàn)改革成效的"試金石"。從獲得感生成基礎(chǔ)的實(shí)際獲得與誘導(dǎo)路徑的公平認(rèn)知角度探究獲得感的生成機(jī)制,采用定序Logistic模型對(duì)CGSS2010數(shù)據(jù)檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):收入僅是觸發(fā)獲得感產(chǎn)生的必要但非充分條件。獲得感對(duì)于收入的響應(yīng)服從邊際效應(yīng)遞減規(guī)律,印證了現(xiàn)實(shí)困境中獲得感的"鈍化"效應(yīng);社會(huì)地位流動(dòng)通過(guò)雙重渠道作用于獲得感;公平認(rèn)知框架對(duì)于獲得感的生成存在誘導(dǎo)效應(yīng)。當(dāng)個(gè)體對(duì)自我獲得處境存在公平認(rèn)知時(shí),將顯著地提升獲得感。當(dāng)個(gè)體對(duì)社會(huì)抱有公平信念時(shí),對(duì)獲得感的生成也存在正向驅(qū)動(dòng)作用;基礎(chǔ)觸發(fā)路徑與認(rèn)知誘導(dǎo)路徑下實(shí)際獲得與公平信念的交互作用,形成獲得感的疊加效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The reform is to enable the people to have more sense of achievement, and to enhance the people's access to the industry has become a touchstone to test the effectiveness of the reform. This paper explores the generation mechanism of acquisition from the perspective of fair cognition of the actual acquisition of the basis of acquisition and induction path. The sequential Logistic model is used to test the CGSS2010 data. It is found that income is only a necessary but not sufficient condition to trigger the generation of acquisition. The response of acquisition sense to income obeys the law of decreasing marginal effect, which confirms the "passivation" effect of acquisition feeling in the realistic predicament, and the social status flow acts on the sense of acquisition through dual channels. Fair cognitive framework has induction effect on the generation of sense of achievement. When an individual has a fair understanding of the situation of self-acquisition, it will significantly enhance the sense of acquisition. When an individual has a fair belief in society, there is also a positive driving effect on the generation of the sense of achievement, and the interaction between the actual acquisition and the belief of fairness under the basic trigger path and the cognitive induction path forms the superposition effect of the sense of achievement.
