【摘要】：本文利用2013年CSS數(shù)據(jù)對中國社會各階層消費傾向進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民階層、工人階層和老中產(chǎn)階層的平均消費傾向較高;但受收入約束,農(nóng)民階層和工人階層邊際消費傾向較低。將消費進一步區(qū)別為生存性消費和發(fā)展性消費之后,顯示的趨勢是:農(nóng)民階層、工人階層和老中產(chǎn)階層的生存性邊際消費傾向較高;新中產(chǎn)階層與之相反,其生存性邊際消費傾向較低,而發(fā)展性邊際消費傾向卻很高。由此可見,在頂層設(shè)計居民消費的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革時,需要在生存性消費上瞄準農(nóng)民階層、工人階層和老中產(chǎn)階層,在發(fā)展性消費上瞄準新中產(chǎn)階層和業(yè)主階層。
[Abstract]:Based on the CSS data of 2013, this paper analyzes the consumption tendency of different social strata in China, and finds that the average consumption tendency of the peasant class, the working class and the old middle class is higher than that of the old middle class. However, under income constraints, the marginal propensity of consumption of the peasant class and the working class is lower. After the consumption is further differentiated into existential consumption and developmental consumption, the trend is: farmers, workers and the old middle class have a higher marginal propensity to survive; On the contrary, the new middle class has a low marginal consumption propensity, but a high developmental marginal consumption propensity. It can be seen that when designing the supply-side structural reform of resident consumption at the top level, it is necessary to aim at the peasant class, the worker class and the old middle class in the subsistence consumption, and the new middle class and the owner class in the developmental consumption.
