外國直接投資對中國經(jīng)濟的貢獻分析

【摘要】：隨著全球一體化的進程不斷發(fā)展，世界經(jīng)濟交流日益密切，，以跨國公司為主體的外國直接投資越來越顯現(xiàn)出其重要的作用，扮演了推動經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定高速發(fā)展的重要角色。隨著外國直接投資的發(fā)展，使得經(jīng)濟的各個環(huán)節(jié)，如研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售等環(huán)節(jié)都越來越國際化。外國直接投資對經(jīng)濟的影響也體現(xiàn)在對資本形成的影響、對技術(shù)的影響、對產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的影響、對貿(mào)易的影響以及對就業(yè)的影響，從而進一步的體現(xiàn)在整個經(jīng)濟增長上面。這里既有積極的正面影響，也有消極的負影響。因此對于國外直接投資對經(jīng)濟影響的分析以及相關(guān)的政策評價是很必要的。 自二十世紀八十年代初改革開放以來，利用外資，尤其是外國直接投資成為了我國經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分。并且隨著我國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展，外國直接投資無論在數(shù)量還是質(zhì)量上也得到了很大的發(fā)展。中國作為發(fā)展中國家的代表，是發(fā)展中國家中利用外國直接投資最多的國家。由于我國在經(jīng)濟建設(shè)中資金不足，技術(shù)欠缺，因此引進外國直接投資是相當迫切的，中國也制定了一系列的積極的引資政策，其目的就是想提高本國的生產(chǎn)力以及促進經(jīng)濟的增長。但是，根據(jù)國內(nèi)外許多學(xué)者的研究，外國直接投資對經(jīng)濟的作用既有正向也有負向，而且對發(fā)達國家經(jīng)濟的作用相當有限甚至?xí)凶璧K。中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展至今，國內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟形式早就不可同日而語，鑒于其他國家經(jīng)驗以及外國直接投資會產(chǎn)生負面效應(yīng)的實證，是否繼續(xù)擴大外國直接投資是有疑問的。這不但需要理論的研究與學(xué)習(xí)，也需要進行相關(guān)的實證分析研究，為我國更好地利用外資提供依據(jù)。 本文的內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu) 本文首先在確立研究國外直接投資的背景與意義的基礎(chǔ)上對國內(nèi)外的研究進行了文獻的綜述以了解國內(nèi)外研究成果的發(fā)展趨勢以及不同學(xué)者對于這一研究的看法與態(tài)度。隨后在第二章中回顧了外國直接投資的相關(guān)理論，既包括外國直接投資的概念與其發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論，又包括對其相關(guān)理論的優(yōu)劣點的評價。第三章是中國利用外國直接投資的概況，在這一章中，我們通過回顧二十年來中國利用外國直接投資的過程分別討論了中國利用外國直接投資總量的變化、來源結(jié)構(gòu)的狀況、區(qū)域分布的特點以及外國直接投資的發(fā)展趨勢，這些國內(nèi)概況的分析是繼續(xù)研究這一問題的重要依據(jù)，具有很重要的現(xiàn)實意義。第四章是外國直接投資對我國經(jīng)濟影響的實證分析。在分析過程中，本文利用了計量方法，包括平穩(wěn)檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗以及格蘭杰因果檢驗，分別討論了外國直接投資對資本形成、技術(shù)外溢、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、貿(mào)易創(chuàng)造以及就業(yè)的影響，最后在對經(jīng)濟總量的增長進行分析。最后在第四章的基礎(chǔ)之上，本文在第五章對中國利用外國直接投資進行的評價與政策的建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the globalization process, the world economic exchange is getting closer and closer. The foreign direct investment (FDI), with multinational corporations as the main body, plays an important role in promoting the stable and rapid development of the economy. With the development of FDI, all aspects of economy, such as R & D, production and sales, are becoming more and more international. The impact of FDI on the economy is also reflected in the impact on capital formation, on technology, on industrial upgrading, on trade and on employment, which is further reflected in the overall economic growth. There are both positive and negative effects. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the economic impact of foreign direct investment and related policy evaluation. Since the reform and opening up in the early 1980s, the utilization of foreign capital, especially foreign direct investment (FDI), has become an important part of China's economy. With the development of China's economy, foreign direct investment (FDI) has been developed both in quantity and quality. As a representative of developing countries, China is the most developed country to make use of foreign direct investment (FDI). Because of the shortage of capital and technology in China's economic construction, it is very urgent to introduce foreign direct investment. China has also formulated a series of positive policies to attract foreign investment. Its aim is to improve the country's productivity and promote economic growth. However, according to the research of many scholars at home and abroad, the effect of FDI on the economy is both positive and negative, and the effect on the economy of developed countries is quite limited or even hindered. China's economic development so far, the domestic economic form has not been comparable, given the experience of other countries and foreign direct investment will have a negative effect of the empirical evidence, whether to continue to expand foreign direct investment is questionable. This requires not only theoretical research and learning, but also relevant empirical analysis to provide a basis for China to make better use of foreign capital. The content and structure of this paper. Firstly, on the basis of establishing the background and significance of the research on foreign direct investment, this paper makes a literature review of the domestic and foreign research in order to understand the development trend and different research results at home and abroad. Scholars' views and attitudes towards this study. Then in the second chapter, the author reviews the related theories of FDI, including the concept of FDI and its development theory, as well as the evaluation of its advantages and disadvantages. The third chapter is an overview of China's utilization of FDI. In this chapter, we discuss the changes in the total amount of FDI used by China and the situation of its source structure by reviewing the process of using FDI in China over the past 20 years. The characteristics of regional distribution and the development trend of foreign direct investment (FDI). The analysis of these domestic profiles is an important basis for continuing to study this issue and has important practical significance. The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the impact of foreign direct investment on China's economy. In the process of analysis, this paper discusses the impact of FDI on capital formation, technology spillover, industrial upgrading, trade creation and employment by means of measurement methods, including stationary test, cointegration test and Granger causality test. Finally, the growth of the total economic volume is analyzed. Finally, on the basis of the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter of the evaluation of China's use of foreign direct investment and policy recommendations.
