【摘要】：隨著"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,我國全方位對(duì)外開放新格局正逐步形成,新形勢下西部地區(qū)對(duì)外開放的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了重大變化。創(chuàng)新西部地區(qū)對(duì)外開放機(jī)制,是西部地區(qū)深度融入"一帶一路"建設(shè)的大趨勢。西部地區(qū)不能簡單地復(fù)制沿海地區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),應(yīng)在深化投資貿(mào)易便利化改革,完善雙向投資布局機(jī)制,強(qiáng)化金融創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,拓展對(duì)外開放新空間,構(gòu)建多層次的對(duì)外開放合作機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,全面提升對(duì)外開放水平。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the strategy of "Belt and Road", a new pattern of all-round opening to the outside world in China is gradually formed, and the internal and external environment of the opening up in the western region has undergone great changes under the new situation. Innovating the mechanism of opening to the outside world in the western region is the trend of deep integration of the western region into the construction of Belt and Road. The western region should not simply copy the experience of the coastal areas, but should deepen the reform of investment and trade facilitation, perfect the two-way investment layout mechanism, strengthen the financial innovation mechanism, and expand the new space for opening up to the outside world. Build a multi-level open-door cooperation mechanism and other aspects of innovation to improve the level of opening-up.
