【摘要】：當(dāng)前,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)不景氣,一方面全球性產(chǎn)能過剩;另一方面國際市場需求疲軟,逆全球化和貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義抬頭。本文認(rèn)為,其背后的經(jīng)濟(jì)邏輯在于當(dāng)全球性的產(chǎn)能過剩無法與有效的國際市場需求相匹配時,各國降低自身產(chǎn)能就是唯一的解決途徑。由于全球化給一國增加的國際市場需求小于其損失的國內(nèi)市場需求,逆全球化和貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義必然興起。但從長期來看,全球化和自由貿(mào)易利大于弊,貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義會隨著供需的重新調(diào)整自然褪去。
[Abstract]:At present, the global economy is depressed, on the one hand, global overcapacity; on the other hand, international market demand is weak, reverse globalization and trade protectionism are on the rise. This paper argues that the economic logic behind it is that when global overcapacity can not match with effective international market demand, the only solution is that countries reduce their own capacity. Since globalization increases a country's international market demand less than its lost domestic market demand, reverse globalization and trade protectionism are bound to rise. But in the long run, globalization and free trade have more advantages than disadvantages, and protectionism will naturally fade as supply and demand readjust.
