【摘要】：正近年來,亞太區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作雖然面臨一些困境,但總體仍呈加速態(tài)勢。在此期間,曾經(jīng)緊密的兩岸經(jīng)貿合作卻背離國際趨勢,令人遺憾地出現(xiàn)不斷減速跡象,由此形成"雙軌路徑"。本文分析亞太區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作與兩岸經(jīng)貿合作之間這種"雙軌路徑"的各自特點,并探討其原因,以期為兩岸經(jīng)貿關系的未來發(fā)展提出一些政策建議。一、當前亞太區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作路徑及特點:加速、高標準WTO統(tǒng)計顯示,截至2016年
[Abstract]:In recent years, although the Asia-Pacific regional economic cooperation is facing some difficulties, but the overall trend is still accelerating. During this period, the once close economic and trade cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait deviated from the international trend and regrettably showed signs of continuous deceleration, thus forming a "dual track path." This paper analyzes the characteristics of the "two-track path" between the Asia-Pacific regional economic cooperation and the cross-strait economic and trade cooperation, and probes into its causes, in order to put forward some policy suggestions for the future development of cross-strait economic and trade relations.
