【摘要】：隨著秦皇島市經濟的轉型和迅速發(fā)展，以及人民生活水平顯著地提高，居民收入差距問題也日益突出。本文選取秦皇島市1993-2011年間統(tǒng)計年鑒中居民收入相關數據，分析了秦皇島市城鄉(xiāng)、行業(yè)及地區(qū)居民收入差距現狀，借助EXCEL軟件，利用泰爾指數和灰色關聯度分別對收入差距進行了結構性分解和影響因素分析。研究發(fā)現：秦皇島市城鄉(xiāng)間、行業(yè)間以及地區(qū)間居民均存在有較大的因不合理性因素而造成的收入差距。 首先，對居民收入差距相關理論進行了闡述。一方面介紹了居民收入差距的相關概念、理論以及衡量指標；另一方面從社會公平的角度出發(fā)，對影響收入差距的合理和不合理因素進行了闡述。 其次，在對秦皇島市居民收入差距的現狀進行研究時，通過居民收入的相關數據整理，分析城鄉(xiāng)、行業(yè)和地區(qū)收入差距的演變趨勢，利用泰爾指數對收入差距進行結構性分解，從而得出秦皇島市目前居民收入差距所處的狀況，并相應闡述了收入差距所引發(fā)的社會問題。 再次，通過灰色關聯度比較城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的各影響因素，并結合主要因素對造成城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的具體原因進行了分析。同時結合行業(yè)及地方收入差距的結構性分解，分析了行業(yè)及地方收入差距的具體原因。 最后，根據秦皇島市居民收入差距的主要問題及具體原因分析，結合實際情況，，從體制改革、提高農民收入、發(fā)展地區(qū)特色經濟、減少不良競爭以及強化法律監(jiān)管五方面對秦皇島市縮小居民收入差距提出切實可行的措施和建議。
[Abstract]:With the transformation and rapid development of Qinhuangdao economy and the remarkable improvement of people's living standard, the income gap between residents is becoming more and more serious. This paper analyzes the income gap between urban and rural areas, industries and regions in Qinhuangdao City with the help of EXCEL software, which is based on the relevant data of residents' income in the Statistical Yearbook of Qinhuangdao City from 1993 to 2011. The structural decomposition of the income gap and the analysis of the influencing factors are carried out by using the Thiel index and the grey correlation degree respectively. It is found that there is a large income gap between urban and rural areas, industries and regions in Qinhuangdao. First of all, the related theory of income gap of residents is expounded. On the one hand, it introduces the related concepts, theories and measurement indexes of income gap of residents; on the other hand, it expounds the reasonable and unreasonable factors that affect the income gap from the angle of social equity. Secondly, in the study of the current situation of income gap in Qinhuangdao City, through the analysis of the income gap between urban and rural areas, industries and regions, the evolution trend of income gap between urban and rural areas is analyzed, and the structural decomposition of income gap is carried out by using the Thiel index. The current situation of income gap in Qinhuangdao City is obtained, and the social problems caused by income gap are expounded accordingly. Thirdly, the paper compares the influencing factors of urban-rural income gap by grey correlation degree, and analyzes the specific causes of urban-rural income gap combined with the main factors. At the same time, combined with the structural decomposition of industry and local income gap, the paper analyzes the specific reasons of industry and local income gap. Finally, based on the analysis of the main problems and specific causes of the income gap in Qinhuangdao City, combining with the actual situation, from the perspective of system reform, raising the income of farmers and developing the regional characteristic economy, In order to reduce the bad competition and strengthen the legal supervision, this paper puts forward some practical measures and suggestions to reduce the income gap in Qinhuangdao City.
