【摘要】：額爾古納市作為內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)的一個(gè)邊境市、少數(shù)民族聚居市,既有著縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的共性特征,也有著自身的特點(diǎn)。額爾古納市依托其豐富的自然資源和優(yōu)越的地理位置,大力發(fā)展縣域經(jīng)濟(jì),取得了一定的成績(jī),但發(fā)展中仍還存在諸多問題。如何在國(guó)家西部大開發(fā)、沿邊地區(qū)開發(fā)開放和大小興安嶺生態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型的政策背景下,加快額爾古納市域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,對(duì)探索西部地區(qū)邊境資源型城市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展路徑具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。本文在路徑依賴?yán)碚摰幕A(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用定性與實(shí)證相結(jié)合的分析方法,對(duì)額爾古納市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中存在的問題進(jìn)行了研究,并結(jié)合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論和和部分縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的成功路徑與模式,提出了額爾古納市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)加快發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:As a border city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, Erguna has both the common characteristics of county economy and its own characteristics. Based on its abundant natural resources and superior geographical location, Erguna has made great efforts to develop the county economy, but there are still many problems in its development. How to speed up the economic development of Erguna under the policy background of the development of western China, the development and opening of the border areas and the ecological transformation of the Great and small Xing'an Mountains, It is of practical significance to explore the development path of county economy in frontier resource cities in western China. Based on the theory of path dependence, this paper studies the economic development of Erguna and the problems existing in the economic development by means of qualitative and empirical analysis. Combined with the theory of regional economics and the successful path and mode of some counties' economic development, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the development of Erguna's county economy.
