【摘要】：從馬克思社會(huì)再生產(chǎn)理論視角來(lái)看,供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的主旨是通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)社會(huì)再生產(chǎn)中的重大關(guān)系,促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的良性循環(huán)和持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。通過(guò)對(duì)馬克思再生產(chǎn)模型的分析和拓展,討論了供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的三個(gè)重大關(guān)系,并提出了改革應(yīng)遵循的原則和注意的問(wèn)題。從使用價(jià)值和價(jià)值之間的辯證關(guān)系看,改革需從調(diào)整使用價(jià)值結(jié)構(gòu)入手,調(diào)節(jié)價(jià)值的生產(chǎn)和實(shí)現(xiàn),以達(dá)到使用價(jià)值和價(jià)值的綜合平衡。從生產(chǎn)資料和消費(fèi)資料數(shù)量和質(zhì)量的平衡關(guān)系看,兩大部類(lèi)應(yīng)綜合統(tǒng)籌,分類(lèi)改革。從積累和消費(fèi)的比例關(guān)系看,二者的協(xié)調(diào)是發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵,且通過(guò)提高工資水平的方法刺激消費(fèi)更有利于積累的合理分配和供給結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of Marx's theory of social reproduction, the purport of supply-side structural reform is to promote the virtuous circle and sustainable and healthy development of socialist market economy by regulating the important relationship in social reproduction. Through the analysis and expansion of Marx's reproduction model, this paper discusses three important relations that should be paid attention to in supply-side structural reform, and puts forward the principles and problems that should be followed in the reform. From the dialectical relationship between use value and value, the reform should start with adjusting the structure of use value, regulating the production and realization of value, in order to achieve the comprehensive balance between use value and value. According to the balance between the quantity and quality of the means of production and consumption, the two major categories should be comprehensively coordinated and classified. From the perspective of the proportional relationship between accumulation and consumption, the coordination between them is the key to the transformation of development mode and the upgrading of industrial structure, and stimulating consumption through raising the wage level is more conducive to rational distribution of accumulation and optimization of supply structure.
