【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，人們的生活水平提高了，但環(huán)境污染、心理壓力過(guò)大等帶來(lái)的健康問(wèn)題也隨之加劇，健康問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到人們的重視。健康產(chǎn)業(yè)不再簡(jiǎn)單的是與醫(yī)藥研發(fā)、醫(yī)療相關(guān)的單一產(chǎn)業(yè)。健康服務(wù)業(yè)逐漸發(fā)展壯大，成為健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分。目前，以健康產(chǎn)業(yè)尤其是健康服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)為核心的健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)成為國(guó)內(nèi)一些城市的投資建設(shè)熱點(diǎn)。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究較多，但是缺乏針對(duì)健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃的相關(guān)理論和規(guī)劃方法的研究，健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的建設(shè)亟需專業(yè)的規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)。 本文對(duì)健康、健康產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)和健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)進(jìn)行了概念解釋，對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、基礎(chǔ)理論和國(guó)內(nèi)外健康產(chǎn)業(yè)和健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展研究進(jìn)行了綜合概括。本文認(rèn)為我國(guó)的健康產(chǎn)業(yè)主要由健康生產(chǎn)和健康服務(wù)兩項(xiàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)成，具體體現(xiàn)為醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)、跨醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)、保健品產(chǎn)業(yè)、健康管理四大主體產(chǎn)業(yè)和以健康食品、物流業(yè)為主體的新型健康產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國(guó)的健康產(chǎn)業(yè)正多元、快速地發(fā)展。 本文對(duì)健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃展開(kāi)了“產(chǎn)業(yè)”和“空間”兩個(gè)層面的研究。健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)是產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃和空間規(guī)劃相結(jié)合的結(jié)果，本文主要從健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的選址、建設(shè)規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)體系的構(gòu)建、規(guī)劃理念、功能布局和景觀與開(kāi)放空間系統(tǒng)幾個(gè)方面對(duì)健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行闡述。 本文以新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)厚博學(xué)院及其周邊地區(qū)概念規(guī)劃為例，通過(guò)理論研究和實(shí)地調(diào)研，分析了項(xiàng)目的背景，總結(jié)并提出了建設(shè)綜合的健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃定位。在對(duì)園區(qū)規(guī)模和產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇分析基礎(chǔ)之上，提出了具有針對(duì)性的“三三”規(guī)劃策略和“一軸三區(qū)，兩帶六團(tuán)”的空間布局模式。最后根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀資源和健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的特點(diǎn)，論述了景觀與開(kāi)放空間系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法。本文通過(guò)理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的論述方式，，增加了研究?jī)?nèi)容的應(yīng)用性，并對(duì)后續(xù)研究具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people's living standard has been improved, but the environmental pollution, psychological pressure and other health problems have become more and more serious. The health industry is no longer simply a single industry related to medical research and development. The health service industry has gradually developed and become an important part of the health industry. At present, the health industry park with health industry, especially health service industry as the core, has become a hot spot of investment and construction in some cities in China. At present, there are many researches on health industry at home and abroad. However, there is a lack of relevant theories and planning methods for the planning of health industry park, and the construction of health industry park needs professional planning guidance. In this paper, the concept of health, health industry, industrial park and health industry park are explained, and the related literature, basic theory and the development of health industry and health industry park at home and abroad are summarized. This paper holds that the health industry in China is mainly composed of two industries: health production and health service, which are embodied in four main industries: medical industry, cross-medical industry, health products industry, health management industry and health food industry. Logistics industry as the main body of the new health industry. China's health industry is pluralistic, rapid development. This paper studies the planning of health industry park from two aspects: industry and space. The planning and design of the health industry park is the result of the combination of industrial planning and spatial planning. This paper mainly focuses on the selection of site, the scale of construction, the construction of industrial system, and the concept of planning. The function layout, landscape and open space system are discussed in this paper. Taking Hou Bo College of Xinjiang Medical University and its surrounding areas as an example, this paper analyzes the background of the project through theoretical research and field investigation, and summarizes and puts forward the planning orientation for the construction of a comprehensive health industry park. Based on the analysis of the scale of the park and the selection of the industry, the paper puts forward the "three" planning strategy and the spatial layout mode of "one axis, three districts, two bands and six groups". Finally, the design principles and methods of landscape and open space system are discussed according to the current situation of resources and the characteristics of health industry park. Through the combination of theory and practice, this paper adds the application of the research content, and has certain reference significance for the follow-up research.
