混合寡頭理論研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】：內(nèi)容提要:混合寡頭理論自20世紀(jì)80年代誕生以來,逐漸成為國際經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界中研究國有經(jīng)濟(jì)問題的主流框架之一。本文通過梳理混合寡頭理論的演化脈絡(luò),重點(diǎn)評(píng)述有關(guān)混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)研究中的最優(yōu)國有資本比例,稅收、補(bǔ)貼等其他政策與國有經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的關(guān)系,外國資本與國家安全等維度的節(jié)點(diǎn)文獻(xiàn)。在混合寡頭理論中,以社會(huì)福利最大化為根本的混合寡頭理論模型的最優(yōu)解既不是完全國有的不改革,也不是徹底民營化的激進(jìn)改革,而是相機(jī)而動(dòng)的漸進(jìn)改革。生產(chǎn)成本、企業(yè)數(shù)量、產(chǎn)品差異、跨國競爭、政府補(bǔ)貼以及市場準(zhǔn)入壁壘等,都會(huì)影響混合所有制改革中社會(huì)合意的國有資本比重。鑒于我國正在推進(jìn)混合所有制改革,在國內(nèi)學(xué)界推廣混合寡頭理論,使這個(gè)國際主流理論體系得到"中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)"、"中國模式"的反饋和滋潤,具有現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)和理論意義。
[Abstract]:Abstract: the theory of mixed oligopoly has become one of the mainstream frameworks in international economic circles since its birth in the 1980s. By combing the evolutionary context of mixed oligopoly theory, this paper focuses on the relationship between the optimal proportion of state-owned capital, taxation, subsidies and other policies in the study of mixed ownership economy and the reform of state-owned economy. Foreign capital and national security and other dimensions of the node literature. In the mixed oligopoly theory, the optimal solution of the mixed oligarchic theory model based on the maximization of social welfare is neither a completely state-owned reform nor a radical reform completely privatized, but a gradual reform. The cost of production, the number of enterprises, product differences, transnational competition, government subsidies and market access barriers will affect the proportion of state capital in the mixed ownership reform. In view of the fact that China is pushing forward the reform of mixed ownership and popularizing the theory of mixed oligopoly in domestic academic circles, the feedback and nourishment of the "Chinese experience" and "Chinese Model" in this international mainstream theory system has realistic foundation and theoretical significance.
