【摘要】：中國提出并實(shí)施"一帶一路"倡議為中印經(jīng)濟(jì)互利發(fā)展提供了重大機(jī)遇,然而印度對(duì)"一帶一路"倡議采取的疑懼抵制姿態(tài)成為當(dāng)前中印關(guān)系面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn)。中方需要開放各種渠道,耐心等待印方對(duì)這種機(jī)遇的再認(rèn)識(shí)、再參與;中印增進(jìn)共識(shí)的溝通渠道是多樣的、暢通的,中印首腦定期互訪、多邊會(huì)晤是最為重要的溝通方式,中印首腦多邊會(huì)晤四大常設(shè)平臺(tái)可以發(fā)揮多邊溝通作用、促進(jìn)互利發(fā)展;在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的契合與對(duì)接、金融機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)與貨幣互認(rèn)兌換、孟中印緬經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊建設(shè)方案研討與高鐵項(xiàng)目合作等方面,中印發(fā)展伙伴關(guān)系已經(jīng)取得不少共識(shí)與成果,中印經(jīng)濟(jì)互利發(fā)展不是從零起步,而是擴(kuò)大戰(zhàn)果。遭遇暫時(shí)困難的中印關(guān)系,在文明交流、互鑒與共存的東方理念引領(lǐng)下,可以抓住"一帶一路"倡議提供的歷史機(jī)遇,實(shí)現(xiàn)相互理解、尊重與信任,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)互利發(fā)展,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)亞歐大陸大聯(lián)通、推動(dòng)亞洲世紀(jì)大發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China has put forward and implemented the "Belt and Road" initiative, which provides a great opportunity for the mutually beneficial development of Sino-Indian economy. However, India's resistance to the "Belt and Road" initiative has become a real challenge to Sino-Indian relations. China needs to open up various channels and wait patiently for India to re-recognize and participate in this kind of opportunity. The channels of communication for promoting consensus between China and India are diverse and unblocked. The heads of state of China and India exchange visits regularly, and multilateral meetings are the most important means of communication. The four permanent platforms for the multilateral summit between the heads of state of China and India can play a multilateral communication role and promote mutually beneficial development. China, India, Myanmar, China, India, India Under the guidance of the oriental concept of civilized exchanges, mutual learning and coexistence, Sino-Indian relations, which have encountered temporary difficulties, can seize the historical opportunity provided by the "Belt and Road" initiative, realize mutual understanding, respect and trust, and achieve mutually beneficial economic development. Then promote Asia-Europe continent great connection, promote Asia century big development.
