進(jìn)口貿(mào)易對(duì)我國(guó)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的影響研究
[Abstract]:High-tech industry plays a vital role in a country's economic development. It is not only the core power of a country's economic development, but also the key for a country to win in the future economic competition. Technological progress is a catalyst for the rapid development of industry. Since the 1990s, scholars at home and abroad have focused on the impact of international trade on technological progress, but few scholars have been able to refine into high-tech industries. To explore the positive relationship between import trade and technological progress, therefore, to explore this topic can not only make a quantitative measurement, but also take import trade as another influencing factor in addition to domestic R & D input. It will provide a good reference for the development of high-tech industry. First of all, this paper makes a literature review, systematically combs the theoretical basis of the topic of the influence of import trade on technological progress, and briefly expounds the views of domestic and foreign scholars on this topic and the empirical tests made by them. Furthermore, four mechanisms of import trade affecting technological progress are sorted out: contagion effect, competition effect, imitation effect, knowledge sharing and exchange effect. Then, based on the analysis of the current situation of the import trade of China's high-tech industry, the development of China's high-tech industry and its import trade are described in detail from the perspectives of the whole country, the three regions of the east, the west and the west as well as the various industries. In the next part of the empirical research, this paper first elaborated in detail the calculation principle and calculation method of total factor productivity, which is an important index to measure the level of industry technology. The total factor productivity of high-tech industry is calculated from the five major industries of the whole country, the middle, east and west, and the high-tech industry by using the existing calculation method. On this basis, this paper separately from the whole country, From the point of view of the five major industries in the east, west and under the high-tech industry, taking the import value of the high-tech industry as one of the independent variables and the total factor productivity as the dependent variable, the corresponding panel data model is established. The empirical results are summarized and analyzed in detail in combination with the actual situation: import trade does have a positive impact on the technological progress of high-tech industries in China, and the impact on the technological level of high-tech industries in the eastern, western and western regions is positive. The influence of import trade on the five major industries is also positive, the most obvious response is the electronics and communication equipment manufacturing industry, but the impact on the aerospace industry is the least. Finally, based on the empirical results and the current research situation, this paper proposes to improve the understanding of the role of import trade in promoting the technological progress of high-tech industries. To improve the understanding of import in promoting high-tech industry technology progress, increase domestic R & D investment, strengthen independent innovation, strengthen policy support to the central and western regions, improve its technology absorption level.
