【摘要】：伴隨經(jīng)濟全球化的趨勢日益加強,各國各區(qū)域之間經(jīng)濟合作越來越緊密,尤其是步入后金融危機以來,加強區(qū)域經(jīng)貿(mào)合作交流已逐漸成為區(qū)域走向經(jīng)濟復(fù)興和搶占新時期產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展制高點的重要選擇。澳門作為我國特別行政區(qū)之一,其與內(nèi)地地區(qū)開展經(jīng)貿(mào)合作是澳門經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要方式之一,是澳門進行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、參與市場競爭的主要力量。近幾年,澳門在經(jīng)貿(mào)合作方面的投入經(jīng)費支出不斷增長,產(chǎn)出不斷增加,經(jīng)貿(mào)環(huán)境不斷改善,與內(nèi)地省市的合作交流也越來越緊密,經(jīng)貿(mào)合作對澳門區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響也越來越顯著。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本研究系統(tǒng)分析澳門與內(nèi)地的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作對澳門區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響,并提出了一些可操作性的對策。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括： 首先,在梳理國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對經(jīng)貿(mào)合作研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從對外貿(mào)易、入境游客、經(jīng)濟投資、金融服務(wù)和澳粵合作五個方面對大陸和澳門經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,并總結(jié)了一系列的經(jīng)濟和貿(mào)易合作問題,為后文研究分析提供依據(jù)。 其次,以1995-2011年的年度數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,分析澳門與內(nèi)地的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作對澳門區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響。通過平穩(wěn)性檢驗、協(xié)整性檢驗、誤差修正模型、多元線性回歸分析對大陸居民到澳門旅游的消費額度、內(nèi)地對澳門金融業(yè)的投資、內(nèi)地對澳門的直接投資與澳門對內(nèi)地項目引進累計總值、澳門與內(nèi)地貿(mào)易總額的關(guān)系進行實證檢驗。結(jié)果表明：(1)內(nèi)地居民到澳門旅游的消費額度能夠有效拉動澳門引進內(nèi)地項目累計總值、澳門與內(nèi)地貿(mào)易總額的增長,影響系數(shù)分別為0.093、0.332；(2)內(nèi)地對澳門金融業(yè)的投資對澳門引進內(nèi)地項目累計總值增長、澳門與內(nèi)地貿(mào)易總額增長的拉動作用不顯著,系數(shù)分別為0.0454,0.3013；(3)內(nèi)地對澳門的直接投資對澳門引進內(nèi)地項目累計總值增長、澳門與內(nèi)地貿(mào)易總額增長的正向拉動顯著,系數(shù)分別為0.207,0.3437,說明內(nèi)地對澳門的直接投資能夠促進澳門區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。 再次,選取澳粵兩地的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作為案例,對兩地之間展開的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作對澳門經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響進行深入分析,總結(jié)澳粵經(jīng)貿(mào)合作促進澳門經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗。 最后,從加強對澳門與內(nèi)地經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的引導(dǎo)與扶持、拓寬融資渠道、完善經(jīng)貿(mào)合作環(huán)境、加強澳粵之間合作四個方面提出具有可操作性的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasing trend of economic globalization, economic cooperation between countries and regions is becoming closer and closer, especially since the post-financial crisis. Strengthening regional economic and trade cooperation and exchange has gradually become an important choice for the region to move towards economic revival and seize the commanding heights of industrial economic development in the new period. As one of the special administrative regions of China, Macao's economic and trade cooperation with the mainland is one of the important ways of Macao's economic development, and is the main force for Macao to adjust its industrial structure and participate in market competition. In recent years, Macao's investment and expenditure in economic and trade cooperation have been increasing, its output has been increasing, the economic and trade environment has been constantly improving, and cooperation and exchanges with provinces and cities in the mainland have become more and more close. The impact of economic and trade cooperation on Macao's regional economic development is becoming more and more significant. On this basis, this study systematically analyzes the impact of economic and trade cooperation between Macao and the mainland on the development of Macao's regional economy, and puts forward some operable countermeasures. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, on the basis of combing the research of domestic and foreign scholars on economic and trade cooperation, from foreign trade, inbound tourists, economic investment, This paper analyzes the current situation of economic and trade cooperation between mainland China and Macao from five aspects of financial services and cooperation between Macao and Guangdong, and summarizes a series of economic and trade cooperation issues, which provide the basis for further studies and analysis. Secondly, based on the annual data from 1995 to 2011, the paper analyzes the impact of economic and trade cooperation between Macao and the mainland on Macao's regional economic development. Through the stability test, cointegration test, error correction model, multivariate linear regression analysis, the amount of mainland residents traveling to Macao, the mainland's investment in Macao's financial sector, The relationship between the direct investment in Macao from the mainland and the cumulative value of the projects introduced into the mainland by Macao and the total trade volume between Macao and the mainland is tested empirically. The results are as follows: (1) the consumption quota of mainland residents visiting Macao can effectively promote the cumulative value of Macao's import projects, and the influence coefficient of the total trade between Macao and the mainland is 0.093 ~ 0.332 respectively; (2) the total value of the mainland's investment in the financial sector of Macao to the total value of the projects introduced into the mainland in Macao has increased, but the total trade between Macao and the mainland has no significant pulling effect, with a coefficient of 0.0454 or 0.3013; (3) the cumulative total value of direct investment from the mainland to Macao for the introduction of mainland projects to Macao has increased, and the increase in the total volume of trade between Macao and the mainland has been significantly positive. The coefficients are 0.207 and 0.3437 respectively, indicating that the direct investment from the mainland to Macao can promote the development of Macao regional economy. Thirdly, the economic and trade cooperation between Macao and Guangdong is selected as a case, and the impact of economic and trade cooperation between the two places on Macao's economic development is analyzed in depth, and the experience of Macao's economic and trade cooperation is summarized. Finally, the paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures from four aspects: strengthening the guidance and support of Macao and mainland economic and trade cooperation, widening financing channels, perfecting the environment of economic and trade cooperation, and strengthening the cooperation between Macao and Guangdong.
