【摘要】：全球金融危機以后世界經濟陷入增長乏力、長期蕭條狀態(tài),新孤立主義和新保護主義應運而生。然而,戰(zhàn)后以來世界經濟增長和繁榮的基礎在于經濟全球化結構及其帶動經濟增長的機制,因此,新孤立主義和新保護主義不僅不能解決經濟低迷問題,反而會帶來多敗俱傷的經濟混亂。重振世界經濟增長仍然必須依靠經濟全球化,但新的經濟全球化不同于舊有"中心-外圍"結構的美式經濟全球化,而應是更均衡、更開放、多中心、可持續(xù)的經濟全球化。
[Abstract]:After the global financial crisis, the world economy fell into a state of sluggish growth, long depression, neo-isolationism and neo-protectionism came into being. However, the foundation of world economic growth and prosperity since the post-war lies in the structure of economic globalization and its mechanism for driving economic growth. Therefore, neo-isolationism and neo-protectionism have not only failed to solve the economic downturn, On the contrary, it will bring more economic chaos. To revive world economic growth, we must rely on economic globalization, but the new economic globalization is different from the old "center-periphery" structure of American economic globalization, but should be more balanced, more open, multi-center, sustainable economic globalization.
