【摘要】：當(dāng)前，我國(guó)處在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要轉(zhuǎn)型期，社會(huì)不斷進(jìn)步，經(jīng)濟(jì)高歌猛進(jìn)，然而，在此大好背景下，改革發(fā)展中的隱藏矛盾也漸漸浮出水面，收入差距擴(kuò)大、百姓增收緩慢是諸多矛盾之一。與此同時(shí)，民生問題也成為社會(huì)議論的熱點(diǎn)話題和政策傾向的重要關(guān)切。甘肅受區(qū)位因素、歷史因素和國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的影響，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平總體上落后于全國(guó)平均水平。發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)、為民富民、增加城鄉(xiāng)居民收入水平，確保甘肅同全國(guó)一道邁入全面小康社會(huì)是當(dāng)前甘肅的重要?dú)v史使命。 本文運(yùn)用因子分析與主成分分析方法，首先選取甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)中具有代表性的產(chǎn)業(yè)，把產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)集中度、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)增收水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)增長(zhǎng)潛力、生態(tài)環(huán)境等作為一級(jí)指標(biāo)，根據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)各自的特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建二級(jí)指標(biāo)，，形成科學(xué)合理的指標(biāo)體系，然后根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系收集代表性產(chǎn)業(yè)2001—2011年數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件SPSS19.0和辦公自動(dòng)化軟件Microsoft OfficeExcel2007對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理、分析，得出甘肅富民效益較好的產(chǎn)業(yè)為以下產(chǎn)業(yè)：蔬菜種植業(yè)、薯類種植業(yè)、中藥材種植業(yè)、小麥種植業(yè)、豬飼養(yǎng)業(yè)、綿羊飼養(yǎng)業(yè)、牛飼養(yǎng)業(yè)、石油和天然氣開采業(yè)、石油加工及煉焦業(yè)、黑色金屬冶煉及壓延加工業(yè)、有色金屬冶煉及壓延加工業(yè)、建筑業(yè)、交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)、住宿和餐飲業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)。并且在分析的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)了這些產(chǎn)業(yè)所具有的的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足，根據(jù)這些優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足提出了針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the important transition period of social and economic development, the society is making continuous progress and the economy is advancing rapidly. However, under this excellent background, the hidden contradictions in the reform and development are gradually surfacing, and the income gap is widening. The slow increase in income is one of the many contradictions. At the same time, people's livelihood has become a hot topic of social discussion and an important concern of policy trends. Under the influence of location, history and national strategy, the economic development level of Gansu lags behind the national average. It is an important historical mission of Gansu to develop economy, enrich the people, increase the income level of urban and rural residents, and ensure that Gansu, together with the whole country, steps into a well-off society in an all-round way. By using factor analysis and principal component analysis, this paper firstly selects the representative industries in agriculture, industry and service industry in Gansu Province, and puts forward the industrial employment concentration, the level of industrial development, the level of industrial income increase, the potential of industrial growth. Based on the characteristics of agriculture, industry and service industry, the ecological environment is regarded as a primary index, and a scientific and reasonable index system is formed. Then, the data of representative industries from 2001 to 2011 are collected according to the index system. By using the statistical analysis software SPSS19.0 and the office automation software Microsoft OfficeExcel2007 to process the data, it is concluded that the industries with good benefit to the rich people in Gansu are the following industries: vegetable planting, potato planting, Chinese herbal medicine planting, wheat planting, and so on. Pig, Sheep, cattle, Petroleum and Natural Gas Mining, Petroleum processing and Coking, Ferrous Metal smelting and Calendering, Nonferrous Metals smelting and Calendering, Construction, Transportation, Storage and Post, Accommodation and catering industry, real estate. In the process of analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of these industries are found, according to these advantages and disadvantages, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
