【摘要】：千年發(fā)展目標(biāo)是人類(lèi)歷史上規(guī)模最大的減貧行動(dòng)。2030可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程在千年發(fā)展目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上提出在世界范圍內(nèi)終結(jié)極端貧困的宏偉目標(biāo)。中國(guó)提出共享發(fā)展理念,欲在"十三五"期間徹底消除極端貧困,減貧脫貧任務(wù)艱巨。因此,對(duì)千年發(fā)展目標(biāo)在世界和中國(guó)的實(shí)施進(jìn)展進(jìn)行評(píng)估分析,對(duì)于我們深刻理解2030可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程并把握未來(lái)中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策取向具有極為重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The Millennium Development goals (MDGs) is the largest poverty reduction initiative in human history. The sustainable development agenda 2030 sets out the ambitious goal of ending extreme poverty around the world on the basis of the Millennium Development goals (MDGs). China has put forward the concept of shared development, and the task of eradicating extreme poverty and reducing poverty during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period is arduous. Therefore, it is of great significance for us to deeply understand the 2030 sustainable development agenda and grasp the economic policy orientation of China in the future by evaluating and analyzing the progress of the implementation of the Millennium Development goals in the world and in China.
