【摘要】：自"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施以來(lái),中國(guó)企業(yè)逐漸掀起了海外投資的熱潮。但隨著世界政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的日益復(fù)雜多變,大大提高了我國(guó)企業(yè)海外投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生概率。鑒于此,在前人相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)中國(guó)企業(yè)海外投資經(jīng)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用盲數(shù)理論和離差Delphi法等數(shù)學(xué)工具,構(gòu)建了中國(guó)企業(yè)海外投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型,并運(yùn)用實(shí)證和比較的檢驗(yàn)方法,驗(yàn)證了該模型的有效性和科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of Belt and Road's strategy, Chinese enterprises have gradually set off the upsurge of overseas investment. However, with the increasing complexity of the world political and economic situation, the probability of overseas investment risk of Chinese enterprises has been greatly increased. In view of this, on the basis of previous relevant research results, this paper summarizes the overseas investment experience of Chinese enterprises, and constructs a risk assessment model of overseas investment of Chinese enterprises by using blind number theory and deviation Delphi method. The validity and scientific nature of the model are verified by using empirical and comparative test methods.
