【摘要】：資源和環(huán)境問(wèn)題伴隨城市化的迅速發(fā)展日益突出,可持續(xù)發(fā)展問(wèn)題隨之日益?zhèn)涫苤匾�。黨的十七大、十八大連續(xù)提及生態(tài)文明建設(shè),生態(tài)文明建設(shè)問(wèn)題不容忽視。焦作市依托煤炭資源興起,煤炭在其以往社會(huì)及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著中流砥柱作用。作為資源型城市典型代表之一,隨著資源不斷枯竭、環(huán)境不斷破壞、生態(tài)惡化,經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源及環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展問(wèn)題日益凸顯,因此對(duì)生態(tài)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究具有重要意義。通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述及相關(guān)理論分析,本文采用定性與定量、靜態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)相結(jié)合、統(tǒng)一的分析方法,構(gòu)建生態(tài)足跡評(píng)價(jià)模型來(lái)動(dòng)態(tài)分析研究焦作市2006-2012年生態(tài)可持續(xù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。分析焦作市人均生態(tài)足跡的相關(guān)影響因素及各因素間內(nèi)在關(guān)系,并根據(jù)各因素間內(nèi)在關(guān)系及變化特點(diǎn)進(jìn)一步建立相應(yīng)預(yù)測(cè)模型預(yù)測(cè)未來(lái)焦作市生態(tài)足跡發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。研究結(jié)果顯示焦作市在研究范圍及未來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)區(qū)間內(nèi)生態(tài)赤字化問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重,據(jù)此針對(duì)焦作市出現(xiàn)的嚴(yán)重化生態(tài)赤字這一分析結(jié)果,從人口、能源、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及政府等方面提出生態(tài)可持續(xù)的發(fā)展對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Along with the rapid development of urbanization, the problem of resources and environment is becoming more and more prominent, and the problem of sustainable development has been paid more and more attention. The 17th National Congress of the Party and the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentioned the construction of ecological civilization continuously, and the construction of ecological civilization should not be ignored. Jiaozuo rely on the rise of coal resources, coal in its previous social and economic development plays a mainstay role. As one of the typical representatives of resource-based cities, with the continuous depletion of resources, environmental destruction, ecological deterioration, economic, resource and environmental coordination of sustainable development issues are increasingly prominent, so the study of ecological sustainable development is of great significance. Through the domestic and foreign research summary and the related theory analysis, this paper adopts the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the static and the dynamic union, unifies the analysis method, constructs the ecological footprint appraisal model to dynamically analyze and study the Jiaozuo city 2006-2012 ecological sustainable development present situation. Based on the analysis of the related factors and the internal relations among the factors, the corresponding prediction model is established to predict the development trend of the ecological footprint in Jiaozuo City in the future. The results of the study show that the ecological deficit in Jiaozuo City is serious in the range of research and the future forecast interval. According to the analysis result of the serious ecological deficit in Jiaozuo City, from the view of population and energy, Industrial structure and government put forward ecological sustainable development countermeasures.
