【摘要】：我國(guó)省際技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移網(wǎng)絡(luò)的"核心—邊緣"結(jié)構(gòu)特征明顯,北京的核心地位不斷凸顯.深入探討北京技術(shù)輸出的模式及影響各模式轉(zhuǎn)移效果的因素,對(duì)充分發(fā)揮北京的示范引領(lǐng)作用具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義.本文利用多維尺度方法,從主體類(lèi)型、合同類(lèi)型兩個(gè)維度,研究了北京的技術(shù)輸出模式;構(gòu)建技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素理論分析框架,并基于凱尼爾斯知識(shí)溢出模型,實(shí)證研究吸收能力、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力差距、地理距離、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相似度、制度鄰近性對(duì)北京技術(shù)輸出的影響,針對(duì)性地提出促進(jìn)北京與其他省份間技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的政策建議.
[Abstract]:The core-edge structure of interprovincial technology transfer network in China is obvious, and the core position of Beijing is becoming more and more prominent. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into the mode of technology export in Beijing and the factors influencing the effect of transfer of each mode in order to give full play to the leading role of Beijing in demonstration. This paper studies the technology export model in Beijing from two dimensions of subject type and contract type, constructs the theoretical analysis framework of influencing factors of technology transfer, and based on Kennel knowledge spillover model, this paper uses multidimensional scale method to study the technology export model in Beijing. Empirical study on the influence of absorptive capacity, regional innovation ability gap, geographical distance, industrial structure similarity, institutional proximity on Beijing technology export, and put forward policy recommendations to promote technology transfer between Beijing and other provinces.
