【摘要】：莊河市處于遼寧省和大連市“V”字型海岸線黃海北岸的中心地帶,地處大連和丹東兩市中心位置,與日、朝、韓隔海相望,區(qū)位優(yōu)勢顯著。是最有發(fā)展前景和遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟帶的區(qū)域發(fā)展空間。隨著東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟快速振興,莊河市是大連市地域面積最廣的縣級市,在全面開發(fā)開放黃海北岸的戰(zhàn)略中取得了重要的成就,正在向中等生態(tài)型海濱城市的目標(biāo)闊步前行。莊河市沿海經(jīng)濟帶目前呈現(xiàn)出的特點以及對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響,已經(jīng)引起了相關(guān)部門的高度重視,研究莊河市沿海經(jīng)濟帶發(fā)展的問題迫在眉睫。 本文通過查閱資料和實地調(diào)研等方法,以莊河市沿海經(jīng)濟帶為研究對象,通過對莊河市沿海經(jīng)濟帶發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行梳理,找出莊河市沿海經(jīng)濟帶現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,并運用SW0T分析方法,深入分析現(xiàn)階段莊河市沿海經(jīng)濟帶發(fā)展所面臨的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn),結(jié)合莊河實際,提出莊河沿海經(jīng)濟帶戰(zhàn)略定位：依托大連,立足東北,面向全國,走向世界,發(fā)揮沿海區(qū)域的區(qū)位和資源等獨特優(yōu)勢,通過統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,重點開發(fā),整合資源,產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展,逐步建成體制機制新、開放程度高、牽動作用大、競爭實力強的生態(tài)宜居型沿海經(jīng)濟帶。以此戰(zhàn)略定位為前提,提出戰(zhàn)略方案以及戰(zhàn)略實施措施提出自己的看法。
[Abstract]:Zhuanghe City is located in the central area of Liaoning Province and Dalian City along the "V" coastline of the northern coast of the Yellow Sea. It is located in the center of Dalian and Dandong. It faces Japan, North Korea and South Korea across the sea and has obvious geographical advantages. The county-level cities with the widest area have made important achievements in the strategy of developing and opening up the northern coast of the Yellow Sea in an all-round way, and are striding forward towards the goal of medium-sized ecological coastal cities. The problem of the development of the sea economic belt is imminent.
By means of consulting data and on-the-spot investigation, this paper takes the coastal economic belt of Zhuanghe City as the research object, combs the current development situation of the coastal economic belt of Zhuanghe City, finds out the existing problems in the development process of the coastal economic belt of Zhuanghe City at the present stage, and uses SW0T analysis method to analyze the development of the coastal economic belt of Zhuanghe City at the present stage. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by Zhuanghe River coastal economic belt, combined with the reality of Zhuanghe River, put forward the strategic positioning of Zhuanghe River coastal economic belt: relying on Dalian, based on the northeast, facing the whole country, going to the world, giving full play to the unique advantages of the location and resources of the coastal region, through overall planning, key development, integration of resources, industrial coordinated development, gradually build a new system and mechanism. The eco-livable coastal economic belt with high degree of openness, strong driving force and strong competitive power is proposed. On the premise of this strategic positioning, the strategic plan and the strategic implementation measures are put forward.
