【摘要】：正供給側結構性改革是黨中央從社會經(jīng)濟全局出發(fā),綜合考慮國內外各種復雜環(huán)境和因素,做出的正確的重大決策,廣大干部、群眾是積極擁護的。推進供給側結構性改革,需要調動政府、企業(yè)和個人三個方面的積極性,特別是要以政府為主導、以企業(yè)為主體。一、新形勢下我國企業(yè)存在的普遍問題實行改革開放后,我國計劃經(jīng)濟條件下長期被抑制的需求得以釋放,隨后以勞動力和產(chǎn)業(yè)體系比較優(yōu)勢抓住第四次全球產(chǎn)業(yè)轉移的機遇,繼而加入世界
[Abstract]:The positive supply-side structural reform is a correct and important decision made by the Party Central Committee in view of the overall social and economic situation, taking into account all kinds of complicated circumstances and factors at home and abroad, and the broad masses of cadres and the masses support it actively.
