【摘要】：太原市作為一個(gè)煤炭資源型城市，以豐富的煤炭資源為本地和我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。然而嚴(yán)重依賴資源的傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)方式也給太原經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了一系列問(wèn)題。資源和環(huán)境問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為制約太原地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素。要實(shí)現(xiàn)更好更快地發(fā)展，必須要打破傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)展模式，大力發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文試圖從循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的角度，借助系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法，對(duì)太原市的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行研究，分析相關(guān)的影響因素和調(diào)控變量，探索出適合太原的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式。 在理論方面，本文首先闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、區(qū)域循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究現(xiàn)狀，相關(guān)理論和方法，包括概念的界定和內(nèi)涵，為研究太原市循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。其次介紹了系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的基本思想和特點(diǎn)，指出系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型即可進(jìn)行定性研究又能進(jìn)行定量研究，并提出系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)在區(qū)域循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 在實(shí)證方面，，建立系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型，對(duì)太原市循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行模擬。通過(guò)對(duì)太原市循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行定性分析，建立了太原市循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型，以及人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、資源四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)流圖，從中選取出生率、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)比重、環(huán)保投入系數(shù)和回采率作為循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策模擬的調(diào)控變量，模擬在不同的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策下系統(tǒng)各主要變量的變化情況，并根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果為太原市循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的實(shí)踐提供政策建議。
[Abstract]:As a coal resource city, Taiyuan has made great contributions to the rapid development of local and Chinese economy with its abundant coal resources. However, the traditional mode of production, which relies heavily on resources, also brings a series of problems to the economic and social development of Taiyuan. Resources and environment problems have become an important factor restricting the economic development of Taiyuan area. In order to achieve better and faster development, we must break the traditional development model, vigorously develop circular economy and realize sustainable development. This paper attempts to study the circular economy in Taiyuan with the help of the system dynamics method from the perspective of circular economy, analyze the relevant influencing factors and control variables, and explore the development model of circular economy suitable for Taiyuan. In theory, this paper first describes the domestic and foreign research on circular economy, regional circular economy, relevant theories and methods, including the definition and connotation of the concept, for the study of circular economy in Taiyuan laid a theoretical foundation. Secondly, this paper introduces the basic ideas and characteristics of system dynamics, points out that the system dynamics model can be studied both qualitatively and quantitatively, and points out the application value of system dynamics in the study of regional circular economy. In the empirical aspect, the system dynamics model is established to simulate the circular economy in Taiyuan. Based on the qualitative analysis of the circular economy in Taiyuan, the system dynamics model of the circular economy system in Taiyuan is established, and the flow charts of the four subsystems of population, economy, environment and resources are established, from which the birth rate and the proportion of the secondary industry are selected. The environmental protection input coefficient and recovery rate are used as the regulation variables of circular economy policy simulation, and the changes of the main variables of the system under different circular economy policies are simulated. According to the simulation results, the policy suggestions are provided for the practice of circular economy in Taiyuan.
