天津港區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)研究

【摘要】:在對(duì)外貿(mào)易快速發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大背景下,作為對(duì)外開放的窗口和橋梁港口已然成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展重要的增長(zhǎng)極,成為了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)參與到國(guó)際合作的重要保證,同時(shí)港口與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)間的關(guān)系日益密切,其相互影響的作用也越來越明顯。在此背景下,對(duì)于港口自身、港口與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的研究具有深刻的研究意義,也一直是學(xué)術(shù)研究的重點(diǎn)。 對(duì)于港口對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)影響,國(guó)外學(xué)者已經(jīng)形成了較為成熟的研究體系。相比而言國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)此的研究起步較晚,并且主要集中在定性方面的研究,在數(shù)據(jù)收集、經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)評(píng)價(jià)、統(tǒng)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面也不完善。因此,在現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文借鑒與吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的研究方法,定量分析了天津港的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)。因此,量化分析評(píng)價(jià)港口對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn),不僅具有理論探索的學(xué)術(shù)意義,同時(shí)可為港口企業(yè)及管理部門提供重要的決策指導(dǎo),為地區(qū)及國(guó)家政府制定經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展政策提供準(zhǔn)確依據(jù),具有極其重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 本文從天津港對(duì)天津市發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)為研究對(duì)象,在充分了解天津港和天津市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及港口與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)影響的基礎(chǔ)上,,通過對(duì)港口經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)態(tài)機(jī)制的分析研究,構(gòu)造了港口子系統(tǒng)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)子系統(tǒng)、臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)子系統(tǒng)、資源與環(huán)境子系統(tǒng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)以及港口區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,仿真模擬了天津港2001至2010年運(yùn)行狀況,同時(shí)對(duì)模型的有效性進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),通過政策模擬,測(cè)算了各項(xiàng)政策對(duì)港口經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)的影響,以此對(duì)港口與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)影響的趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),為天津港與天津市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid development of foreign trade and economic globalization, as a window of opening to the outside world and as a bridge port, it has become an important growth pole of regional economic development and an important guarantee for regional economy to participate in international cooperation. At the same time, the relationship between port and regional economy is becoming more and more close, and the interaction between port and regional economy is becoming more and more obvious. In this context, the study of port itself, the relationship between port and regional economy has profound significance, and has always been the focus of academic research. Foreign scholars have formed a more mature research system for the impact of ports on regional economy. In contrast, the domestic research started late, and mainly focused on qualitative research, in data collection, economic contribution evaluation, statistical standards and other aspects are not perfect. Therefore, on the basis of the existing research, this paper uses the advanced research methods at home and abroad for reference and quantitatively analyzes the regional economic contribution of Tianjin Port. Therefore, quantitative analysis and evaluation of port contribution to regional economy not only has academic significance of theoretical exploration, but also can provide important decision-making guidance for port enterprises and management departments. It provides an accurate basis for regional and national governments to formulate economic development policies, and has extremely important application value. Based on the study of Tianjin Port's economic contribution to the development of Tianjin, and on the basis of fully understanding the present situation of Tianjin Port and Tianjin's economic development as well as the interaction between port and regional economy, this paper analyzes and studies the dynamic mechanism of port economy. The basic structure of port subsystem, regional economic subsystem, port industry subsystem, resource and environment subsystem and the dynamic model of port regional economic contribution system are constructed, and the operation status of Tianjin Port from 2001 to 2010 is simulated. At the same time, the validity of the model is tested, and the impact of various policies on port economy is calculated through policy simulation, so as to predict the trend of the interaction between port and regional economy. Put forward suggestions for Tianjin Port and Tianjin's economic development.
