【摘要】：京津冀經(jīng)濟的健康發(fā)展是京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展重大戰(zhàn)略實施的重要保障。文中對京津冀2002-2015年間經(jīng)濟非均衡發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行綜合測算,運用泰爾指數(shù)的三區(qū)域分解以及基尼系數(shù)的三次產(chǎn)業(yè)分解方法對京津冀經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的非均衡特征進行了實證分析,并在證實京津冀經(jīng)濟發(fā)展存在空間相關(guān)性之后采用空間計量模型揭示了京津冀經(jīng)濟非均衡發(fā)展的內(nèi)在來源。研究結(jié)果表明:京津冀經(jīng)濟的非均衡發(fā)展由各地在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、投資水平、財政收入以及人口規(guī)模等方面的差異導(dǎo)致。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出建立京津冀統(tǒng)一指揮協(xié)調(diào)機構(gòu)以及點面結(jié)合推進京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The healthy development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economy is an important guarantee for the implementation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy. In this paper, the unbalanced economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2002 to 2015 is comprehensively measured, and the disequilibrium characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic development are empirically analyzed by using the three-region decomposition of the Thiel index and the three-industry decomposition method of the Gini coefficient. After confirming the spatial correlation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic development, the spatial econometric model is used to reveal the internal source of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic unbalanced development. The results show that the uneven development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economy is caused by the differences in industrial structure, investment level, financial income and population size. Based on the research results, some policy suggestions on establishing a unified command and coordination mechanism for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are put forward.
