【摘要】：改革開放30多年來，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成就，人均GDP在2012年突破了5000美元，成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長收獲“中國奇跡”美名的同時(shí)，居民收入差距的不斷擴(kuò)大已成為不爭的事實(shí)，2012年中國的城鄉(xiāng)收入比達(dá)到了3.10:1。十八大提出“千方百計(jì)地增加居民收入，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)居民收入增長和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展同步、勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬增長和勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率提高同步，提高居民收入在國民收入分配中的比重，提高勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬在初次分配中的比重”，表明了進(jìn)一步研究收入分配問題的必要性和重要性。 收入分配與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間關(guān)系的研究一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界的熱點(diǎn)，文章在梳理了關(guān)于收入分配與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的理論與實(shí)證研究之后，對我國城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)的比較分析。在實(shí)證研究部分，運(yùn)用時(shí)間序列分析和面板分析兩種方法對我國城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，得出的結(jié)論是:經(jīng)濟(jì)增長是城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的Granger原因，而城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距并不是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的原因；我國東、中、西部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間也存在著長期均衡關(guān)系，，但是各地區(qū)的邊際系數(shù)存在著一定的差異，這在一定程度上反映了按照東、中、西部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)劃分的區(qū)域，其內(nèi)部也存在著差異。最后在全文結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements. In 2012, the per capita GDP exceeded 5000 US dollars, becoming the second largest economy in the world. At the same time that economic growth is known as the "Chinese miracle," the widening income gap has become an indisputable fact, with China's urban-rural income ratio reaching 3.10: 1 in 2012. The 18th National Congress proposed that "every effort should be made to increase residents' income, to make efforts to synchronize the growth of residents' income with economic development, to synchronize the growth of labor remuneration with the improvement of labor productivity, and to increase the proportion of residents' income in the distribution of national income." Increasing the proportion of labor reward in the initial distribution shows the necessity and importance of further study on income distribution. The research on the relationship between income distribution and economic growth has always been a hot topic in the field of economics. After combing the theoretical and empirical research on income distribution and economic growth, The current situation of income gap between urban and rural residents in China is analyzed by dynamic and static analysis. In the part of empirical research, we use time series analysis and panel analysis to test the relationship between urban and rural residents' income gap and economic growth. The conclusion is that economic growth is the Granger cause of income gap between urban and rural residents. The income gap between urban and rural residents is not the cause of economic growth. There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the income gap between urban and rural residents and economic growth in the east, middle and western regions of China, but there are some differences in the marginal coefficients of each region. To a certain extent, this reflects the differences in the areas divided according to the standards of east, middle and west. Finally, on the basis of the conclusion of the paper, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
