【摘要】：改革開放以來，湖北省經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了飛速發(fā)展，居民生活水平得到了極大的改善。但伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛，湖北省城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距也顯現(xiàn)出擴(kuò)大的趨勢。這種趨勢的出現(xiàn),意味著收入分配的不公是政府和社會(huì)急需解決的問題。影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的因素很多,城鎮(zhèn)化水平是其中較重要的-個(gè)。十八屆三中全會(huì)也多次強(qiáng)調(diào)，城鎮(zhèn)化能夠擔(dān)負(fù)起推動(dòng)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)變革的重任，也是打造中國經(jīng)濟(jì)升級版的重要推動(dòng)力，是推動(dòng)改革、釋放紅利的重要突破口，是保障和改善民生的重要平臺。城鎮(zhèn)化是以人為核心的城鎮(zhèn)化，城鎮(zhèn)化過程中城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的變化對城鎮(zhèn)化的質(zhì)量起著至關(guān)重要的作用，在極力推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化的過程中，城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的變化也是我們亟待研究的重要課題。 本文將對湖北省城鎮(zhèn)化與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究，探索其影響機(jī)制,并提出相應(yīng)的縮小城鄉(xiāng)店民收入差距的政策建議。本文首先闡述了研究意義與背景，研究方法以及可能的創(chuàng)新與不足。然后本文通過對城鎮(zhèn)化以及城鄉(xiāng)收入差距相關(guān)理論的全面梳理和總結(jié)。在此基礎(chǔ)上，建立了研究兩者關(guān)系的理論分析框架。其次本文對湖北省城鎮(zhèn)化與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述性分析，通過對湖北省城鎮(zhèn)化和城鄉(xiāng)收入差距演變過程的分析指出其當(dāng)前存在的不足。再次，基于實(shí)際統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)椐，本文建立了VAR模型，實(shí)證研究/湖北城鎮(zhèn)化對于城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響。分析實(shí)證結(jié)果可以衍M丨：湖北省城鎮(zhèn)化對城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差ffH的影響的系數(shù)為止:；政府城鎮(zhèn)化偏|猿竅縭杖氬罹嗟撓跋煜凳參�。最后本萎�允抵そ峁辛朔治觶⒄攵孕緣母穌囈ㄒ橛靡越餼齪筆〕竅縭杖氬罹嗬┐驣)彳題。包括徹底扭轉(zhuǎn)政府在價(jià)格.投資及財(cái)政支出等方而的城市向；建立城市反哺農(nóng)村的機(jī)制，發(fā)揮城…輻射效應(yīng)，，帶動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展；防止出現(xiàn)城市偏向及城鄉(xiāng)差距引致的過投城山-化現(xiàn)象等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Hubei Province has made rapid economic development, the standard of living has been greatly improved. However, with the rapid development of economy, the income gap between urban and rural residents in Hubei Province has also shown a trend of expansion. The emergence of this trend means that the unfair distribution of income is an urgent problem for the government and society. There are many factors affecting the income gap between urban and rural areas, among which the level of urbanization is more important. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has also repeatedly stressed that urbanization can shoulder the heavy responsibility of promoting China's economic development and social transformation, is also an important driving force for creating an upgraded version of China's economy, and is an important breakthrough in promoting reform and releasing dividends. It is an important platform for protecting and improving people's livelihood. Urbanization is a human-centered urbanization. The change of urban-rural income gap plays a vital role in the quality of urbanization in the process of urbanization. The change of urban-rural income gap is also an important subject that we need to study urgently. This paper will study the relationship between urbanization and urban-rural income gap in Hubei Province, explore its influence mechanism, and put forward corresponding policy recommendations to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents. This paper first describes the significance and background of the research, research methods and possible innovations and shortcomings. Then this article through the urbanization and the income gap between urban and rural areas related to the theory of a comprehensive comb and summary. On this basis, a theoretical analysis framework is established to study the relationship between the two.
