【摘要】：需求側(cè)管理和供給側(cè)管理都是宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)管理的手段,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不同階段,兩種手段交替發(fā)揮主要調(diào)控作用。當(dāng)前我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在需求拉動乏力、資源環(huán)境約束達(dá)到臨界狀態(tài)、人口紅利消退、供需錯(cuò)位突出、技術(shù)進(jìn)步不足等發(fā)展瓶頸,同時(shí)需求管理政策邊際效益在遞減、后遺癥在不斷積累,迫切需要從供給側(cè)入手進(jìn)行改革和創(chuàng)新,以突破對現(xiàn)行增長方式的路徑依賴,挖掘未來經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的新紅利,這是我國推進(jìn)全面改革與實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然選擇。
[Abstract]:Demand-side management and supply-side management are both means of macroeconomic management. In different stages of economic development, the two methods play a major role in regulation and control alternately. At present, there are some bottlenecks in the development of China's economy, such as weak demand pulling, resource and environment constraints reaching the critical state, population dividend fading, dislocations of supply and demand, insufficient technological progress, etc. Meanwhile, the marginal benefit of demand management policy is decreasing. The sequelae are accumulating constantly, so we urgently need to reform and innovate from the supply side in order to break the path dependence on the current growth mode and tap the new dividend of economic growth in the future. This is the inevitable choice of promoting overall reform and achieving sustainable economic development.
