【摘要】：本文通過對1978年至2016年中國和美國經濟周期的比較研究發(fā)現,中國與美國經濟周期不僅時間上不同步,出現錯配,而且經濟波動的特點也不相同,中國是"快起緩落型",美國是"緩起快落型"。中美經濟周期錯配的主要原因是中美兩國政府和市場在經濟活動的作用不同所致。中國和美國經濟周期錯配,對中國經濟發(fā)展的影響是有利有弊。中國政府一定要認真把握中國與美國經濟周期錯配的特點,根據中美經濟發(fā)展的現實,制定相應的反經濟周期和促進經濟發(fā)展的政策。
[Abstract]:Based on a comparative study of the economic cycles between China and the United States from 1978 to 2016, this paper finds that the economic cycles of China and the United States are not only out of sync and mismatch, but also have different characteristics of economic fluctuations. China is a "quick rise and fall" and the United States is a "quick rise and fall." The main reason for the mismatch of the economic cycle between China and the United States is the different roles of the Chinese and American governments and markets in economic activities. The mismatch of the economic cycle between China and the United States has a positive and negative impact on China's economic development. The Chinese government must seriously grasp the characteristics of the mismatch between China and the United States in the economic cycle and formulate corresponding policies against the economic cycle and promote economic development according to the reality of the economic development of China and the United States.
