【摘要】：基于知識(shí)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)構(gòu)建計(jì)量模型,使用江西省1990—2014年數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證研究產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對(duì)江西自主創(chuàng)新能力的短期和長(zhǎng)期影響。協(xié)整回歸結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新程度提高1個(gè)百分點(diǎn),江西自主創(chuàng)新能力提高0.120 4個(gè)百分點(diǎn),在10%水平上顯著,即產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新長(zhǎng)期有助于提高江西自主創(chuàng)新能力;ECM模型回歸結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新程度提高1個(gè)百分點(diǎn),江西自主創(chuàng)新能力顯著提高0.090 7個(gè)百分點(diǎn),即產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新短期內(nèi)也有助于江西自主創(chuàng)新能力提高,但短期內(nèi)促進(jìn)作用較小。為進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對(duì)江西自主創(chuàng)新能力的促進(jìn)作用,提出對(duì)策建議:構(gòu)筑產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的市場(chǎng)化服務(wù)平臺(tái);營(yíng)造良好環(huán)境,建立完善產(chǎn)學(xué)研長(zhǎng)效協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)政府部門在產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中的作用;著力創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,強(qiáng)化企業(yè)主體地位;大力發(fā)展與產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新相關(guān)的中介與專業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Based on the knowledge production function, the econometric model is constructed, and the short-term and long-term effects of co-innovation of industry, college and research on Jiangxi's independent innovation are studied by using the data of Jiangxi Province from 1990 to 2014. The results of cointegration regression showed that the degree of collaborative innovation of industry, university and research increased by 1 percentage point, and the independent innovation ability of Jiangxi increased by 0.1204 percentage points, which was significant at the level of 10%. The result of ECM model regression shows that the degree of collaborative innovation of industry, college and research is increased by 1 percentage point, and the independent innovation ability of Jiangxi is increased by 0.090%. The cooperative innovation of industry, university and research is also helpful to the improvement of Jiangxi's independent innovation ability in the short term, but in the short term, the promoting effect is relatively small. In order to give full play to the promoting effect of collaborative innovation of industry, college and research on Jiangxi's independent innovation, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions: to build a market-oriented service platform for collaborative innovation of industry, university and research, to create a good environment and to establish and perfect the mechanism of long-term cooperative innovation of industry, university and research; Strengthen the role of government departments in the collaborative innovation of industry, college and research; focus on innovation mechanism, strengthen the status of the main body of enterprises; vigorously develop the intermediary and professional service institutions related to the collaborative innovation of industry, education and research.
