【摘要】：正2011年6月8日,國家發(fā)改委正式印發(fā)《國家東中西區(qū)域合作示范區(qū)建設總體方案》(以下簡稱總體方案),方案明確在連云港設立國家東中西區(qū)域合作示范區(qū)(以下簡稱示范區(qū)),標志著我國東、中、西部地區(qū)的區(qū)域合作掀開了新的一頁。示范區(qū)集中了連云港市港口、海關特殊監(jiān)管區(qū)、產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)等所有精華與優(yōu)勢,是連云港建設現(xiàn)代化國際海港中心城市的重點所在和"T"型產(chǎn)業(yè)格局的核心所在。提升示范區(qū)的凝聚力和輻射力,就是要充分發(fā)揮示范區(qū)在東中西區(qū)域合作中的獨特優(yōu)勢,不斷實現(xiàn)東中西
[Abstract]:On 8 June 2011, The National Development and Reform Commission officially issued the "General Plan for the Construction of the National East, West and East Regional Cooperation demonstration Zone" (hereinafter referred to as the General Plan), which clearly establishes the National East, West and Central Regional Cooperation demonstration Zone in Lianyungang (hereinafter referred to as the demonstration area), which marks the east of China. Regional cooperation in the western part of China opened a new page. Lianyungang port, customs special supervision area and industrial park are the key points of Lianyungang city and the core of "T" industrial pattern. To enhance the cohesion and radiation power of the demonstration area is to give full play to the unique advantages of the demonstration area in the cooperation between the East and the West, and to continuously realize the East-West cooperation.
