【摘要】：從中國(guó)國(guó)情出發(fā),根據(jù)綠色發(fā)展的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,從綠色生產(chǎn)、綠色生活、綠色環(huán)境和綠色新政四個(gè)分類維度構(gòu)建中國(guó)省域綠色發(fā)展水平的測(cè)量指標(biāo)體系,并采用綠色發(fā)展指數(shù)法與探索性空間數(shù)據(jù)分析法對(duì)中國(guó)省域綠色發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行測(cè)量與分析。研究結(jié)果表明:中國(guó)省域綠色發(fā)展水平整體上是逐年提升的,而且綠色發(fā)展水平相對(duì)較高的地區(qū)主要分布在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的省域與經(jīng)濟(jì)不發(fā)達(dá)的邊緣省域;中國(guó)省域綠色發(fā)展水平在空間上并非孤立的,而是呈現(xiàn)出正的空間自相關(guān)性;中國(guó)省域綠色發(fā)展水平呈現(xiàn)兩大聚集區(qū)域,一個(gè)是由新疆、青海和甘肅組成的綠色發(fā)展水平HH型聚集區(qū),另一個(gè)是由山東、河南、湖北、湖南與安徽組成的綠色發(fā)展水平LL型集聚區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Starting from China's national conditions, according to the essential connotation of green development, this paper constructs the measurement index system of green development level of China province from the four dimensions of green production, green life, green environment and green new deal. The green development index method and exploratory spatial data analysis method are used to measure and analyze the green development level of China province. The results show that the level of green development in provincial areas of China is increasing year by year, and the areas with relatively high level of green development are mainly distributed in the economically developed provinces and the underdeveloped marginal provinces. China's provincial green development level is not isolated in space, but shows a positive spatial autocorrelation. China's provincial green development level presents two major gathering regions, one of which is from Xinjiang. The green development level HH type agglomeration area is composed of Qinghai and Gansu, the other is the green development level LL type agglomeration area composed of Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Anhui.
