【摘要】：本文對于建國以來陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的過程進行了分析和整理。首先將1949年至今分為不同的幾個歷史階段,分階段考察陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的歷史脈絡(luò),為陜西省在進行經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整時提供相應(yīng)的歷史依據(jù)和經(jīng)驗參考。其次運用動態(tài)偏離—份額分析法歸納出兩個歷史階段三次產(chǎn)業(yè)陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的規(guī)律特點,結(jié)果表明:三次產(chǎn)業(yè)均呈現(xiàn)“劇烈波動——平穩(wěn)緩和——加速調(diào)整”的特點。將計劃經(jīng)濟時期和改革開放時期進行對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)計劃經(jīng)濟時期產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)波動劇烈,結(jié)構(gòu)因素作用強,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)實際增長突出,第一三產(chǎn)業(yè)增長相對較弱;而改革開放時期,專門化因素作用強,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢減緩,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)增長潛力大、后勁足。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,對于陜西省在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變過程中之所以會產(chǎn)生這些特征給出相應(yīng)的理論闡釋,尋找推動陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的主要因素,并用主成分分析法研究不同因素的作用大小,與前文理論闡釋進行對比后得出,在不同的歷史階段,推動陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的因素作用不同,就業(yè)水平,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展程度,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)情況在兩個歷史階段均起到了重要作用,政府行為在計劃經(jīng)濟時期作用明顯,需求結(jié)構(gòu)作用不強,而需求結(jié)構(gòu)、投資、科技水平、市場化水平在改革開放時期的作用很大,也表明了步入到改革開放時期,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變因素更加多元化。最后,為下一步陜西省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展給出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整目標和相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and arranges the process of industrial structure evolution in Shaanxi Province since the founding of the people's Republic of China. First of all, it divides 1949 into several historical stages, and investigates the historical context of the evolution of industrial structure in Shaanxi Province in stages, which provides corresponding historical basis and experience reference for Shaanxi Province in the process of economic construction and industrial structure adjustment. Secondly, the characteristics of the evolution of industrial structure in Shaanxi Province in two historical stages are summed up by the method of dynamic deviation-share analysis. The results show that the three industries are characterized by "violent fluctuation, steady relaxation and accelerated adjustment". By comparing the planned economy period with the reform and opening up period, it is found that the industrial structure fluctuated sharply during the planned economy period, the function of the structure factor is strong, the real growth of the second industry is prominent, the growth of the first and third industries is relatively weak; and during the period of reform and opening up, The specialized factor is strong, the secondary industry superiority slows down, the tertiary industry growth potential is big, the stamina is sufficient. On the basis of this, this paper gives a theoretical explanation of these characteristics in the process of industrial structure evolution in Shaanxi Province, and looks for the main factors to promote the evolution of industrial structure in Shaanxi Province. Using principal component analysis method to study the effect of different factors, compared with the previous theoretical interpretation, it is concluded that, in different historical stages, the factors promoting the evolution of industrial structure in Shaanxi Province are different, the level of employment and the degree of economic development. The situation of infrastructure construction has played an important role in both historical periods. Government actions have played a significant role in the planned economy period, while the demand structure has not played a strong role, while the demand structure, investment, and scientific and technological level have not been strong. The level of marketization plays an important role in the period of reform and opening up, which also indicates that the factors of industrial structure evolution are more diversified in the period of reform and opening up. Finally, it gives corresponding adjustment target and relevant policy suggestions for the next step economic development of Shaanxi Province.
