【摘要】：環(huán)境創(chuàng)新是推動環(huán)保事業(yè)發(fā)展和解決環(huán)境問題的一個重要方式。我們首次提出環(huán)境創(chuàng)新競爭力的概念、內(nèi)涵和主要內(nèi)容,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一套由創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)競爭力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新競爭力、產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新競爭力、制度創(chuàng)新競爭力四個模塊構(gòu)成的、包含26個基礎(chǔ)指標(biāo)的環(huán)境創(chuàng)新競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系。以G20國家為例,運用主成分分析法對各國環(huán)境創(chuàng)新競爭力進(jìn)行評價和比較分析,提出促進(jìn)環(huán)境創(chuàng)新競爭力提升的政策路徑,以期為提升世界各國環(huán)境創(chuàng)新競爭力提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Environmental innovation is an important way to promote the development of environmental protection and solve environmental problems. We first put forward the concept, connotation and main contents of the competitiveness of environmental innovation. On this basis, we constructed a set of four modules, which are the basic competitiveness of innovation, the competitiveness of technological innovation, the competitiveness of industrial innovation and the competitiveness of institutional innovation. Including 26 basic indicators of environmental innovation competitiveness evaluation index system. Taking the G20 countries as an example, this paper uses principal component analysis to evaluate and compare the competitiveness of environmental innovation in various countries, and puts forward the policy path to promote the competitiveness of environmental innovation. In order to improve the competitiveness of environmental innovation around the world to provide reference and reference.
