【摘要】：新常態(tài)是我國未來較長時期需要面對的形勢和狀態(tài),這不僅會對我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展會產(chǎn)生重要的影響,同時也會對居民的收入和消費水平產(chǎn)生重要的影響。從消費角度考慮,目前我國現(xiàn)已經(jīng)進入了一個消費需求不斷持續(xù)增長、消費結(jié)構(gòu)不斷加快升級、以消費拉動經(jīng)濟效果明顯增強的重要階段,尤其是在旅游、文化、體育、健康、養(yǎng)老、教育培訓等這些領(lǐng)域的消費需求逐漸快速增加。2016年,我國社會消費品零售總額同比增長了10.3%,表現(xiàn)出了消費對經(jīng)濟增長的帶動作用明顯增強,消費的貢獻率達到了71%,同比提高了13.3個百分點。所以在新常態(tài)背景下探討我國居民的消費意向變化以及我國居民消費結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀及特點,進而探索我國居民消費結(jié)構(gòu)改善的路徑,就顯得尤為重要。本文是以馬克思思想作為指導來進行研究的,并且以客觀的存在事實作為依據(jù)來進行研究的參照點,綜合的運用宏觀分析法以及微觀的分析法的邏輯來對我國現(xiàn)階段居民消費的水平以及消費結(jié)構(gòu)改善問題進行研究的。在這里分為五部分:第一部分,綜合闡述了本文研究主題的研究背景、研究意義以及方法等。第二部分則主要是對消費的相關(guān)概念和理論進行詳細介紹,為后續(xù)研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分為主要在介紹我國現(xiàn)階段的一些居民消費不同種類下的方式特點和其所呈現(xiàn)出來的消費性的趨勢。第四部分,主要進行了對我國居民的消費水平以及消費的結(jié)構(gòu)所存在問題和原因所進行的一系列分析。第五部分,最后提出了四條改善居民消費結(jié)構(gòu)路徑和政策的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The new normality is the situation and state that China needs to face for a long time in the future. It will not only have an important influence on the economic development of our country, but also have an important influence on the income and consumption level of the residents. The consumption demand in these fields, such as tourism, culture, sports, health, pension, education and training, has increased rapidly in.2016 years, and the total retail sales of consumer goods in China increased by 10.3% year on year, showing a significant increase in the driving effect of consumption to economic growth. The contribution rate of the consumption has reached 71% and 13.3 percentage points higher than that of the same period. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore the changes in the consumption intention of our residents and the current situation and characteristics of the consumption structure in our country under the new normal background, and to explore the path of the improvement of the consumption structure of the residents in our country. This article is guided by Marx's thought. The study is carried out and the reference point of the study is carried out on the basis of objective facts, and the comprehensive use of macro analysis and the logic of microanalysis is used to study the level of consumption and the improvement of consumption structure at the present stage of our country. The first part is divided into five parts: the first part is a comprehensive exposition of the research. The research background, the significance and the method of the research. The second part is mainly to introduce the related concepts and theories of consumption in detail, and lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study. The third part is to introduce the square characteristics of the different types of consumption of some residents at the present stage of our country and the trend of their consumption. The fourth part mainly carried out a series of analysis on the consumption level of the residents and the problems and causes of the consumption structure. The fifth part, finally, put forward four relevant suggestions to improve the path and policy of the residents' consumption structure.
