【摘要】：隨著全球性氣候變化挑戰(zhàn)的日益嚴(yán)峻,低碳生態(tài)發(fā)展的理念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并逐漸成為國(guó)內(nèi)外城市發(fā)展的共同趨勢(shì)和公認(rèn)方向。論文試圖通過對(duì)無錫太湖新城低碳生態(tài)城建設(shè)探索實(shí)踐的深入分析,探討低碳生態(tài)城市建設(shè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)化路徑和對(duì)策建議。首先,論文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外低碳生態(tài)理念產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,闡釋了對(duì)低碳生態(tài)城市內(nèi)涵的理解,強(qiáng)調(diào)準(zhǔn)確把握低碳生態(tài)城市內(nèi)涵是推進(jìn)低碳生態(tài)城建設(shè)取得實(shí)效的基礎(chǔ)。其次,論文總結(jié)分析了無錫太湖新城低碳生態(tài)城建設(shè)的進(jìn)展成效、困境挑戰(zhàn),指出低碳生態(tài)城建設(shè)應(yīng)注重吸收借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外城市發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合實(shí)際、因地制宜進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,才有可能探索出一條低碳生態(tài)城建設(shè)的成功之路。最后,論文對(duì)無錫太湖新城建設(shè)低碳生態(tài)城的優(yōu)化路徑提出了系統(tǒng)性的對(duì)策建議,期許可以為無錫太湖新城以及國(guó)內(nèi)外其他城市低碳生態(tài)發(fā)展提供參考借鑒。包括：強(qiáng)化政府主導(dǎo)和規(guī)劃引導(dǎo),加強(qiáng)生態(tài)文明理念和低碳生態(tài)文化宣傳,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式低碳化,加快低碳生態(tài)城重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè),加強(qiáng)建成區(qū)低碳化改造,倡導(dǎo)低碳行為和生活方式,等等。
[Abstract]:With the increasing challenges of global climate change, the concept of low-carbon ecological development emerged as the times require, and gradually became the common trend and recognized direction of urban development at home and abroad. This paper attempts to explore the construction practice of low carbon ecological city in Wuxi Taihu new city, and discusses the optimized path and countermeasures for the construction and development of low carbon ecological city. First of all, based on the analysis and summary of the emergence and development of low-carbon ecological concept at home and abroad, the paper explains the understanding of the connotation of low-carbon eco-city. It is emphasized that accurate understanding of the connotation of low carbon ecological city is the basis of promoting the construction of low carbon ecological city. Secondly, the paper summarizes and analyzes the progress and challenges of the construction of low carbon ecological city in Wuxi Taihu new city, and points out that the construction of low carbon ecological city should draw lessons from the experience of urban development at home and abroad, and combine with reality. Only by innovating and developing according to local conditions can we explore a successful road for the construction of low carbon ecological city. Finally, the paper puts forward systematic countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of low carbon ecological city in Wuxi Taihu New City, which is expected to be a reference for Wuxi Taihu New City and other cities at home and abroad. Including: strengthening the guidance of the government and planning, strengthening the concept of ecological civilization and low carbon ecological culture propaganda, promoting the low-carbon industrial development model, speeding up the construction of key projects of low-carbon ecological city, strengthening the low-carbon transformation of the built areas, Advocate low carbon behavior and lifestyle, etc.
