【摘要】：遼寧省作為東北老工業(yè)基地，是新中國工業(yè)的搖籃，建國以來，為國家做出了卓越的貢獻。改革開放后，緊隨國家國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的步伐，其生產(chǎn)總值有了很大提高，三次產(chǎn)業(yè)都得到了快速發(fā)展。經(jīng)過60多年的歷史，它的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了很大的變化，尤其是在激烈的競爭環(huán)境中，暴露了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理，競爭力不強。許多專家學者對經(jīng)濟增長與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進行實證分析，他們發(fā)現(xiàn)，兩者關(guān)系密切。本文結(jié)合遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)狀，通過對遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動與經(jīng)濟增長的實證分析，最后得出了三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟貢獻率。這一結(jié)論為以后產(chǎn)業(yè)的政策制定提供了參考意見。 本文首先介紹了遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，包括發(fā)展歷程，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動過程、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題，讓我們對遼寧省三次產(chǎn)業(yè)有了清晰的了解。根據(jù)相關(guān)理論得知經(jīng)濟增長和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系密切，對遼寧省而言，兩者如何相互影響，在第三章進行了實證分析。在這里采用了格蘭杰因果檢驗，通過對遼寧省三次產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值與GDP的分析，得出第二產(chǎn)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟的貢獻率較大，產(chǎn)值每增加一個單位的產(chǎn)值對經(jīng)濟的影響較大，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)影響次之，第一產(chǎn)業(yè)作用最小。三大產(chǎn)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟的影響總體來說，結(jié)果表明一產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)值比重雖然很小，但是單位產(chǎn)值增加對經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻卻很大，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)則恰恰相反，第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值比重和單位產(chǎn)值增加的貢獻度則比較相稱。這就說明遼寧省的一產(chǎn)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟仍然十分明顯，對經(jīng)濟增長的帶動作用也很大。而第三產(chǎn)業(yè)雖然產(chǎn)值比重逐年增加，但是卻沒有形成一定的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展質(zhì)量仍有待改進，，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)有待進一步深化調(diào)整。根據(jù)遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題和實證分析得出的結(jié)論，在最后一章提出了針對性的改進措施。
[Abstract]:Liaoning Province, as an old industrial base in Northeast China, is the cradle of New China's industry, and has made outstanding contributions to the country since the founding of the people's Republic of China. After the reform and opening up, following the pace of national economic development, its GDP has been greatly improved, the three industries have been rapid development. After more than 60 years of history, its economic environment and industrial structure have undergone great changes, especially in the fierce competition environment, exposed the irrational industrial structure and weak competitiveness. Many experts and scholars on the economic growth and industrial structure empirical analysis, they found that the two are closely related. Based on the industrial structure and current economic situation of Liaoning Province, this paper analyzes the changes of industrial structure and economic growth in Liaoning Province, and finally obtains the economic contribution rate of three industries. This conclusion provides a reference for future industrial policy formulation. This paper first introduces the industrial structure of Liaoning Province, including the course of development, the changing process of industrial structure, the present situation of industrial structure and the problems of industrial structure, which makes us have a clear understanding of the three industries in Liaoning Province. According to the relevant theories, we know that the relationship between economic growth and industrial structure is close, for Liaoning Province, how the two influence each other, in the third chapter of the empirical analysis. The Granger causality test is adopted here. By analyzing the output value and GDP of three industries in Liaoning Province, it is concluded that the contribution rate of the secondary industry to the economy is large, and each unit of output value added to the output value has a greater impact on the economy. The influence of tertiary industry is the second, and the function of primary industry is the least. On the whole, the impact of the three major industries on the economy shows that although the proportion of the output value of one production is very small, the increase in unit output value contributes greatly to economic growth, while the third industry is quite the opposite. The proportion of the output value of the secondary industry and the contribution degree of the increase of the unit output value are more proportionate. This shows that Liaoning Province's one-industry economy of scale is still very obvious, the economic growth is also very big. Although the proportion of output value of tertiary industry has increased year by year, it has not formed a certain scale economy, the development quality of tertiary industry still needs to be improved, and the internal structure needs to be further adjusted. According to the problems existing in the industrial structure of Liaoning Province and the conclusion of the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures in the last chapter.
