河西區(qū)低碳城市發(fā)展路徑與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著全球城市化和工業(yè)化進(jìn)程不斷加快,作為人口聚集場(chǎng)所的城市在創(chuàng)造大量物質(zhì)財(cái)富的同時(shí),也在消耗著大量能源,排出大量溫室氣體污染氣體,引發(fā)了生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞自然資源枯竭以及全球氣候變暖等一系列連鎖反應(yīng),嚴(yán)重威脅人類生活和可持續(xù)發(fā)展低碳城市已成為當(dāng)今世界城市實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的路徑和目標(biāo)本文從研究分析低碳城市概念內(nèi)涵出發(fā),以天津市河西區(qū)為例,從優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)機(jī)遇威脅等方面,分析評(píng)價(jià)河西區(qū)低碳城市發(fā)展水平,并提出了河西區(qū)發(fā)展低碳城市發(fā)展的路徑與對(duì)策 本文從宏觀的理論層面,在研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分別分析低碳城市對(duì)人的價(jià)值考量和對(duì)自然的價(jià)值考量,提出了基于這兩種價(jià)值的低碳城市概念及其四個(gè)內(nèi)涵,探討了與建設(shè)低碳城市相關(guān)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)理論環(huán)境庫茲涅茨曲線理論區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論等四種理論從建設(shè)的中觀層面,研究了工業(yè)建筑交通等碳匯以及綠化碳源對(duì)低碳城市建設(shè)的影響從實(shí)踐的微觀層面,介紹了零碳產(chǎn)業(yè)社區(qū)田園轉(zhuǎn)型循環(huán)等六種國(guó)外低碳城市模式以及兩種國(guó)內(nèi)低碳城市建設(shè)模式,,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外低碳城市建設(shè)特點(diǎn)及區(qū)別,從中分析找出適合未來我國(guó)低碳城市建設(shè)的有效經(jīng)驗(yàn)在上述工作基礎(chǔ)上,利用SWOT分析法,從優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)機(jī)遇威脅四個(gè)方面對(duì)河西區(qū)低碳城市建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià),從產(chǎn)業(yè)用能建筑交通綠化體制機(jī)制保障等方面提出了河西區(qū)建設(shè)低碳城市的發(fā)展對(duì)策
[Abstract]:As the process of global urbanization and industrialization continues to accelerate, cities, as places of concentration of people, are creating a great deal of material wealth while also consuming a great deal of energy and emitting a great deal of greenhouse gas pollution gases. Has triggered a series of ripple effects, such as ecological destruction, depletion of natural resources and global warming. A serious threat to human life and sustainable development of low-carbon cities has become the path and goal of realizing sustainable development of cities in the world today. Based on the research and analysis of the concept connotation of low-carbon cities, this paper takes the Hexi District of Tianjin as an example. This paper analyzes and evaluates the development level of low-carbon cities in Hexi region from the aspects of opportunities and threats of advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the path and countermeasures for the development of low-carbon cities in Hexi district. Based on the study of relevant literature, this paper analyzes the value of low-carbon cities to human beings and nature, and puts forward the concept and four connotations of low-carbon cities based on these two values. This paper discusses the theory of sustainable development related to the construction of low-carbon cities, the theory of low-carbon economy, the Kuznets curve theory, the theory of regional economy, and so on. The effects of carbon sinks such as industrial building traffic and green carbon sources on the construction of low-carbon cities are studied from the micro level of practice. This paper introduces six foreign low carbon city models, including zero carbon industry community rural transformation cycle and two domestic low carbon city construction modes, and summarizes the characteristics and differences of low carbon city construction at home and abroad. On the basis of the above work, this paper analyzes and evaluates the present situation of the construction of low-carbon cities in Hexi region from the four aspects of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, on the basis of the above work, and the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze and evaluate the current situation of the construction of low-carbon cities in Hexi region. This paper puts forward the development countermeasures of constructing low-carbon city in Hexi district from the aspects of the system and mechanism of traffic and greening of industrial energy building.
