【摘要】：退出TPP標(biāo)志著特朗普領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的新一屆美國(guó)政府退出多邊化區(qū)域貿(mào)易平臺(tái)建設(shè),從而使多邊化區(qū)域主義發(fā)展進(jìn)入了調(diào)整期�，F(xiàn)階段多邊化區(qū)域主義的發(fā)展主要特點(diǎn)為RTAs范圍不斷擴(kuò)大、內(nèi)容逐漸深化、主導(dǎo)力量缺失、亞太地區(qū)核心地位凸顯。短期內(nèi)多邊化區(qū)域主義發(fā)展取決于域內(nèi)成員方的博弈;長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看,美國(guó)不會(huì)缺席多邊化區(qū)域主義建設(shè)進(jìn)程。中國(guó)應(yīng)當(dāng)把握美國(guó)短期缺席多邊化區(qū)域貿(mào)易平臺(tái)建設(shè)的機(jī)遇期,立足一帶一路建設(shè),加速推進(jìn)RCEP談判,深化金磚國(guó)家合作關(guān)系,推進(jìn)多邊化區(qū)域主義發(fā)展,重構(gòu)全球貿(mào)易新規(guī)則。
[Abstract]:The withdrawal of TPP marks the withdrawal of the new administration of the United States led by Trump from the construction of a multilateral regional trading platform, thus bringing the development of multilateralism into a period of adjustment. At present, the main characteristics of the development of multilateralism regionalism are the expansion of RTAs scope, the gradual deepening of the content, the lack of leading power, and the prominence of the core position of the Asia-Pacific region. In the short term, the development of multilateralism depends on the game of regional members; in the long run, the United States will not be absent from the process of multilateralization of regionalism. China should seize the opportunity period when the United States will be absent from the construction of a multilateral regional trading platform in the short term, base itself on Belt and Road's construction, speed up the RCEP negotiations, deepen the cooperation between the BRICS countries, and promote the development of multilateralism in the region. Reconstructing new rules of global trade.
