【摘要】：五大發(fā)展理念既充實(shí)了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論體系的新內(nèi)容,對(duì)于利用社會(huì)主義制度優(yōu)勢(shì)全方位綜合發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力也具有重大指導(dǎo)意義。其中擺在首位的是創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念。在創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念中,將科技創(chuàng)新視為發(fā)展的"第一動(dòng)力"。崇尚創(chuàng)新應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)識(shí)和駕馭科技主導(dǎo)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)律,實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略、牽住"牛鼻子"的一系列方略,創(chuàng)新生產(chǎn)方式和經(jīng)濟(jì)業(yè)態(tài),深化科技體制改革,使中國(guó)成為創(chuàng)新強(qiáng)國(guó),從發(fā)揮后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)嬗變到先發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì),推動(dòng)綜合國(guó)力全面提升。
[Abstract]:The five development concepts not only enrich the new contents of the political economy theory system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also have great guiding significance for the comprehensive development of productive forces using the advantages of socialist system. One of the first is the concept of innovative development. In the concept of innovation and development, scientific and technological innovation is regarded as the "first motive force" of development. To advocate innovation, we should recognize and control the law of science and technology leading economic development, implement the strategy of driving innovation, hold a series of strategies of "cow's nose", innovate production mode and economic trade, deepen the reform of science and technology system, and make China become a powerful country in innovation. From giving play to the evolution of late advantage to first-hand advantage, promote comprehensive national strength to promote overall improvement.
