【摘要】：國(guó)際研發(fā)投資通過(guò)三個(gè)渠道影響東道國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新能力,即東道國(guó)研發(fā)資本邊際產(chǎn)出能力、研發(fā)投資水平及研發(fā)人員素質(zhì)、研發(fā)全要素生產(chǎn)率。但不同類型的東道國(guó)擁有的過(guò)程機(jī)理并不一致。基于2000—2012年跨國(guó)研發(fā)數(shù)據(jù),利用路徑收斂設(shè)計(jì)方法,實(shí)證比較了上述過(guò)程機(jī)理在不同類型國(guó)家間的差異。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)際研發(fā)投資雖然有利于低收入國(guó)家RD資本的邊際產(chǎn)出能力,但總體上降低了其自主研發(fā)的投資水平和研發(fā)效率。未來(lái)應(yīng)立足于國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)提質(zhì)升級(jí)、人力資本積累及企業(yè)家精神培育,以發(fā)揮國(guó)際研發(fā)投資提升低收入國(guó)家自主創(chuàng)新能力的正向溢出效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:International R & D investment influences the host country's independent innovation ability through three channels, namely, the host country's R & D capital marginal output ability, R & D investment level and R & D personnel's quality, and R & D total factor productivity. However, different types of host countries have different process mechanisms. Based on the data of transnational R & D from 2000 to 2012, using the method of path convergence design, this paper empirically compares the differences of the process mechanism among different types of countries. It is found that although international R & D investment is beneficial to the marginal output capacity of R D capital in low-income countries, it generally reduces the level of independent R & D investment and R & D efficiency. The future should be based on the upgrading of the domestic market, the accumulation of human capital and the cultivation of entrepreneurship, so as to bring into play the positive spillover effect of international R & D investment to enhance the independent innovation capacity of low-income countries.
