【摘要】：生命周期理論證實了人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)變量是影響居民儲蓄率的重要因素，第六次人口普查顯示，我國已經(jīng)初步進(jìn)入老齡化時代，這種人口的轉(zhuǎn)變是否與我國高儲蓄率有一定關(guān)系呢，本文將通過理論和實證的研究來對此進(jìn)行檢驗。文章首先比較分析了各種消費理論，在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了一個迭代模型，從理論上分析了少兒撫養(yǎng)比和老年撫養(yǎng)比影響居民儲蓄率的具體途徑，但這兩個變量對居民儲蓄率的作用方向是不明確的。然后本文使用1953~2011年相關(guān)變量的全國數(shù)據(jù)從整體進(jìn)行分析，VEC和VAR模型的結(jié)果證明少兒撫養(yǎng)比的降低、老年撫養(yǎng)比的升高都能導(dǎo)致居民儲蓄率增加。接著本文使用更符合我國實際情況的撫養(yǎng)比數(shù)據(jù)對模型進(jìn)行了修正，得到了一致的結(jié)果；此外，經(jīng)驗證，模型是存在結(jié)構(gòu)性斷點的，分段實證結(jié)果也證明了人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)對居民儲蓄的影響存在階段性。最后針對實證結(jié)果提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The life cycle theory confirms that the age structure variable of the population is an important factor affecting the saving rate of residents. The sixth census shows that China has entered an aging age. Whether this demographic change is related to the high savings rate in China will be tested through theoretical and empirical studies. Firstly, this paper compares and analyzes various consumption theories, and then establishes an iterative model, and theoretically analyzes the specific ways that children's dependency ratio and old age dependency ratio affect the residents' savings rate. But the direction of these two variables to the resident savings rate is not clear. Then, using the national data of related variables from 1953 to 2011, the results of VAR and VEC model show that the decrease of child dependency ratio and the increase of old age dependency ratio can lead to the increase of household savings rate. Then the model is modified by using the dependency ratio data, which is more suitable to the actual situation in China, and the results are consistent. In addition, it is verified that there are structural breakpoints in the model. The empirical results also prove that the age structure of the population has a periodic impact on the residents' savings. Finally, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward according to the empirical results.
