上海時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響因素及動力機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:如今,時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)在各個國家迅猛發(fā)展,已開始逐步成為引領(lǐng)世界產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的最重要產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響力也日益提升,不僅能夠有效地推動城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型,還能實現(xiàn)向服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越。時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和集聚,已經(jīng)成為國際大都市重要經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會活動內(nèi)容。作為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平最高的特大型城市,上海具有發(fā)展時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢,因此上海正致力于建設(shè)和打造“國際時尚之都”。大力發(fā)展時尚產(chǎn)業(yè),推動時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)在上海的集聚發(fā)展,不僅能夠提升上海在世界時尚、文化領(lǐng)域的地位,也有助于上海更好的調(diào)配和發(fā)揮城市資源,改變傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)“勞動密集型”的發(fā)展模式,進(jìn)一步提升產(chǎn)業(yè)能級,從而最大程度地發(fā)揮人才、科研、品牌、精密制造等綜合優(yōu)勢。然而,我國的時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)尚且處于起步階段,還未發(fā)展成為成熟的極具競爭力的經(jīng)濟(jì)實體。因此,關(guān)注上海時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,研究上海時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚現(xiàn)狀和促進(jìn)上海時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的動力因素對今后研究和發(fā)展上海時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)意義重大。本文理論研究部分首先總結(jié)了已有的關(guān)于時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚動力機(jī)制以及時尚創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚影響因素的相關(guān)研究成果和理論,重新界定了時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念。接著從時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)入手,對比分析了上海及十二個典型性城市的時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并分析總結(jié)出時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的六大影響因素。實證部分先構(gòu)建主成分分析模型,得到了時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的三大動力因子,分別為政府支持、創(chuàng)新能力和時尚消費(fèi)能力;然后聚焦上海時尚產(chǎn)業(yè),測算了上海1997年至2014年時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度,以上海時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)制造業(yè)集聚度作為因變量構(gòu)建主成分回歸模型驗證了時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度與三大動力因子呈正向關(guān)系;最后結(jié)合前文的理論研究和定性分析構(gòu)建了上海時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚動力機(jī)制模型。文章最后針對上海時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了四點(diǎn)建議,得出上海應(yīng)以打造“國際時尚之都”為首要目標(biāo),充分利用上海作為國際金融中心的優(yōu)勢和多年積累下來的自然、社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各方面資源優(yōu)勢,促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)由勞動密集型向創(chuàng)意密集型方向轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,使時尚產(chǎn)業(yè)成為上海的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, fashion industry is developing rapidly in various countries and has gradually become one of the most important industries leading the development of world industry. The influence of fashion industry is increasing day by day, which can not only effectively promote the transformation of urban economic development, but also realize the leapfrogging to service economy. The development and agglomeration of fashion industry has become an important economic and social activity content of international metropolis. As a super large city with the highest level of economic development in China, Shanghai has the unique advantage of developing fashion industry, so Shanghai is devoting itself to building and building the "international fashion capital". Vigorously developing the fashion industry and promoting the agglomeration and development of the fashion industry in Shanghai can not only enhance Shanghai's position in the world fashion and cultural fields, but also contribute to the better allocation and development of urban resources in Shanghai. Changing the "labor-intensive" development mode of the traditional industry, further improving the industrial level, so as to maximize the comprehensive advantages of talent, scientific research, brand, precision manufacturing and so on. However, China's fashion industry is still in its infancy and has not yet developed into a very competitive economic entity. Therefore, it is of great significance to pay attention to the development of Shanghai fashion industry, study the current situation of Shanghai fashion industry agglomeration and the motive factors to promote Shanghai fashion industry agglomeration. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related research results and theories about fashion industry, industrial agglomeration, industrial agglomeration effect, dynamic mechanism of industrial agglomeration and influencing factors of fashion creative industry agglomeration. Redefine the concept of fashion industry. Then, from the fashion industry agglomeration area, the paper compares and analyzes the current situation of fashion industry agglomeration area in Shanghai and 12 typical cities, and sums up the six influential factors of fashion industry agglomeration development. The empirical part first constructs the principal component analysis model, and obtains the three driving factors of fashion industry agglomeration, namely, government support, innovation ability and fashion consumption ability; then focus on Shanghai fashion industry. The industrial cohesion of fashion industry in Shanghai from 1997 to 2014 was calculated. The principal component regression model was established to verify the positive relationship between the cohesion of fashion industry and the three major power factors by using the cohesion of Shanghai fashion industry as a dependent variable. Finally, the dynamic mechanism model of Shanghai fashion industry agglomeration is constructed based on the above theoretical research and qualitative analysis. Finally, the paper puts forward four suggestions for the development of Shanghai fashion industry, and concludes that Shanghai should take the "international fashion capital" as its primary goal, make full use of Shanghai's advantages as an international financial center and the natural society accumulated over the years. The economic, cultural and other resource advantages promote the transformation of traditional fashion industry from labor-intensive to creative intensive, and make fashion industry become the conclusion of Shanghai's pillar industry.
