【摘要】：本文通過(guò)對(duì)特朗普與里根兩位美國(guó)總統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的理論基礎(chǔ)、政策實(shí)施的緊迫性和針對(duì)性以及政策實(shí)施的空間和效果等方面做詳細(xì)比較,以此來(lái)分析和預(yù)判特朗普?qǐng)?zhí)政下的美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)可能的演變趨勢(shì)。文章認(rèn)為盡管特朗普總統(tǒng)提出了"讓美國(guó)重新偉大"的口號(hào),但由于其經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的理論基礎(chǔ)薄弱、針對(duì)性不強(qiáng)且邏輯混亂,同時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的迥異也制約了其政策的實(shí)施空間,從而判斷其執(zhí)政成就很難超越里根時(shí)代。就目前特朗普總統(tǒng)所顯示出來(lái)的個(gè)人執(zhí)政風(fēng)格而言,其很可能會(huì)是美國(guó)歷史上一位非常有特點(diǎn)的總統(tǒng),但離"偉大"可能還有相當(dāng)?shù)木嚯x。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a detailed comparison of the theoretical basis of the economic policies of the two US presidents Trump and Reagan, the urgency and pertinence of the policy implementation, and the space and effect of the policy implementation. This is to analyze and predict the possible evolution of the American economy under Trump's administration. The article argues that despite President Trump's slogan of "make America Great again," its economic policy is weak, ill-targeted and illogical, and its space for policy implementation is constrained by the wide variety of economic circumstances. It is difficult to judge his achievements beyond the Reagan era. President Trump's current personal style of governance is likely to be a very distinctive president in American history, but it may still be a long way from "greatness."
