【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為獨具特色的經(jīng)濟組織形式，在國內(nèi)外得到大力的提倡與推廣，研究成果頗豐。我國在這方面的研究起步較晚，但近些年各地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展勢態(tài)也是相當(dāng)迅速，尤其是經(jīng)濟較為發(fā)達(dá)的沿海地區(qū)。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展對我國國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有著重要意義。目前已成為衡量區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的重要指標(biāo)。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展不僅有利于降低產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展成本，提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營效率和競爭優(yōu)勢，而且還可以通過優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)的布局，加速技術(shù)、人才等資源的合理流動與配置，有效促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟快速協(xié)調(diào)健康發(fā)展。 本文旨在研究長春高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展，對高新區(qū)近幾年來經(jīng)濟發(fā)展形勢進(jìn)行深入剖析，，提出高新區(qū)在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展中存在的問題以及相應(yīng)的對策，對高新區(qū)在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中如何更好地發(fā)揮招商作用等方面進(jìn)行深入探究。希望可以為高新區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展乃至長春市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到借鑒作用。 全文共分為四個部分：第1章緒論，介紹本文的研究背景，分析國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，同時介紹了本文的創(chuàng)新與不足及所采用的研究方法；第2章介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群基本概述及理論依據(jù)，為全文的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)；第3章對長春高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析，闡述長春高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、取得的成績與優(yōu)勢，進(jìn)而分析目前長春高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展存在的問題以及導(dǎo)致問題的原因；第4章針對長春高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展存在的問題，提出有利的改進(jìn)措施，希望對長春高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供幫助。
[Abstract]:As a unique form of economic organization, industrial cluster has been strongly advocated and popularized at home and abroad. The research in this field started late in China, but in recent years, the development of industrial clusters in various regions is also quite rapid, especially in the coastal areas where the economy is relatively developed. The development of industrial clusters is of great significance to the development of our national economy. At present, it has become an important index to measure the level of regional economic development. The development of industrial clusters is not only conducive to reducing the cost of industrial development and improving the production and management efficiency and competitive advantages of enterprises, but also can optimize the layout of industries, accelerate the rational flow and allocation of resources, such as technology, talent, etc. Effectively promote rapid, coordinated and healthy economic development. The purpose of this paper is to study the development of industrial clusters in Changchun High-tech Zone, to analyze the economic development situation of high-tech zones in recent years, and to put forward the problems existing in the development of high-tech zones in industrial clusters and the corresponding countermeasures. This paper probes into how to play a better role in attracting investment in the adjustment of industrial structure. I hope it can be used for reference for the industrial development of high-tech zone and even the economic development of Changchun. The full text is divided into four parts: chapter 1 introduction, introduce the research background of this paper, analyze the domestic and foreign research status, at the same time, introduce the innovation and deficiency of this paper and the research methods adopted; Chapter 2 introduces the basic overview and theoretical basis of industrial cluster, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of the full text. Chapter 3 analyzes the development of industrial cluster in Changchun Hi-tech Zone, and expounds the current situation of industrial cluster development in Changchun High-Tech Zone. The achievements and advantages obtained, and then analyzed the problems existing in the development of industrial clusters in Changchun Hi-tech Zone and the causes of the problems. Chapter 4, aiming at the problems existing in the development of industrial clusters in Changchun High-Tech Zone, put forward some favorable improvement measures. Hope to provide help to the industry development of Changchun high-tech zone.
