中俄能源合作對兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長影響的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:能源是一國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本支撐,是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的血液和動(dòng)力。我國能源產(chǎn)供能力不均衡,供需矛盾日益突出,國內(nèi)大部分的能源需求主要依靠進(jìn)口來滿足,能源問題已成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所面臨的重要問題與挑戰(zhàn)。為了更好地解決能源供需矛盾、保障能源安全、實(shí)現(xiàn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,我國必須利用同俄羅斯之間外交關(guān)系良好、具有地緣優(yōu)勢等有利條件,積極開展同俄羅斯之間的能源合作,爭取其更多的合作意向與出口份額。目前中俄的能源合作主要體現(xiàn)在原油、天然氣、煤炭、電力等常規(guī)領(lǐng)域的合作,能源合作目前已經(jīng)成為中俄經(jīng)濟(jì)合作領(lǐng)域的重要內(nèi)容,并不斷推動(dòng)雙方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的水平。 文章共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論,這部分主要從選題的背景和意義入手,介紹了國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,然后介紹文章的研究方法和結(jié)構(gòu)安排,最后闡述本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足之處。第二部分是中俄能源合作與中俄經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的概況,對于中俄能源合作的概況從貿(mào)易合作和非貿(mào)易合作兩個(gè)方面來展開,然后分析了兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的概況,并對他們之間的關(guān)聯(lián)進(jìn)行了分析。第三部分是本中俄能源合作對兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長影響的理論分析,從進(jìn)口效應(yīng)和出口效應(yīng)兩個(gè)方面分析能源貿(mào)易合作對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響,通過間接分析,得出非貿(mào)易合作對兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的不同影響。第四部分為文章的實(shí)證部分,運(yùn)用向量自回歸模型,建立以能源合作指數(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的理論模型和以中俄能源貿(mào)易量為基礎(chǔ)的實(shí)際模型,將兩個(gè)模型的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較從其差異方面分析得出兩國能源的非貿(mào)易合作對兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的不同影響。第五部分為結(jié)論與政策建議,結(jié)論表明中俄能源合作與中俄兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的聯(lián)系密切并對兩國的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有促進(jìn)作用。中俄能源貿(mào)易合作對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的解釋程度高于非貿(mào)易合作,中俄能源貿(mào)易對俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的解釋程度低于非貿(mào)易合作;中俄能源貿(mào)易合作對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的促進(jìn)作用大于對俄經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的促進(jìn)作用,中俄能源非貿(mào)易合作對俄經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的促進(jìn)作用大于對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的促進(jìn)作用。最后提出政策建議,從而對中俄兩國能源經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,為中俄更好地建立互惠互利、協(xié)同發(fā)展的能源戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系,為更好的探索中俄能源合作的途徑提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Energy is the basic support of a country's national economy, and the blood and power of the sustainable development of the national economy. China's energy production and supply capacity is not balanced, the contradiction between supply and demand is increasingly prominent, most of the domestic energy demand mainly depends on imports to meet the energy problem has become an important issue and challenges facing the economic development of our country. In order to better solve the contradiction between supply and demand of energy, ensure energy security, and realize the sustainable development of the national economy, China must make use of the favorable conditions such as good diplomatic relations with Russia, geographical advantages, etc. Actively develop energy cooperation with Russia and strive for more cooperation intention and export share. At present, the energy cooperation between China and Russia is mainly reflected in the cooperation in the conventional fields such as crude oil, natural gas, coal and electricity. Energy cooperation has become an important part of the economic cooperation between China and Russia, and has continuously promoted the level of economic development between the two sides. The article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, this part mainly from the background and significance of the topic, introduced the current situation of research at home and abroad, and then introduced the research methods and structural arrangements of the article, and finally elaborated the innovative points and shortcomings of this paper. The second part is the general situation of Sino-Russian energy cooperation and Sino-Russian economic growth. The general situation of Sino-Russian energy cooperation is carried out from two aspects of trade cooperation and non-trade cooperation, and then the general situation of economic growth between the two countries is analyzed. The relationship between them is analyzed. The third part is the theoretical analysis of the impact of Sino-Russian energy cooperation on the economic growth of the two countries. It analyzes the impact of energy trade cooperation on economic growth from two aspects: import effect and export effect. The different effects of non-trade cooperation on the economic growth of the two countries are obtained. The fourth part is the empirical part of the article, using the vector autoregressive model to establish the theoretical model based on the energy cooperation index and the actual model based on the volume of energy trade between China and Russia. By comparing the results of the two models, the paper analyzes the differences between the two countries and concludes that the non-trade cooperation of energy between the two countries has different effects on the economic growth of the two countries. The fifth part is the conclusion and policy suggestion. The conclusion shows that the energy cooperation between China and Russia is closely related to the economic growth of China and Russia and can promote the economic growth of the two countries. The explanation of Sino-Russian energy trade cooperation to China's economic growth is higher than that of non-trade cooperation, and the interpretation of Sino-Russian energy trade to Russia's economic growth is lower than that of non-trade cooperation. Sino-Russian energy trade cooperation promotes China's economic growth more than Russia's, and Sino-Russian energy non-trade cooperation promotes Russia's economic growth more than China's. Finally, it puts forward policy recommendations, so as to further develop Sino-Russian energy economic and trade cooperation, so as to better establish a mutually beneficial and coordinated energy strategic partnership between China and Russia. To better explore the energy cooperation between China and Russia to provide a theoretical basis.
